Great features and easy to use.

I like the 2 different sizes of the front burners. The controls are marked well. The oven capacity is great. The configuration of the burners is fully useful when cooking a big meal.

Warranty not Honored Interior Enamel chipped

My Stove arrived in March with damage to the interior enamel. There were spots where the enamel was scraped on the side brackets that the oven racks slide on. I was told it was a cosmetic issure and not covered by the warranty. Now 7 months later the spots have rusted, there are more spots where the enamel has come of on other shelf brackets as well as chips on the oven door at the end. All are rusted. This is a manufacturing issue GE is using cheap materials and the high temp enamel is not holding up. I called today and there is no after sale product I can use to repair the enamel. I had a Ge Stove for 20 years bought in 1980 and this never happened the enamel was much thicker. I had an Lg which had the same problem it arrived chipped. I sent that stove back and replaced it
with this one. Needless to say I am stuck with a product that will continue to deteriorate. The other issue is the timer very weak can barely hear it. Otherwise the oven works well.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We see you had a servicer out to check your range who confirmed this is cosmetic. The porcelain-enamel is there to provide aesthetic value and ease of cleaning. The oven will continue to function normally over its life with the missing enamel. We recommend applying a small amount of vegetable oil to the sides of your racks to help them slide in and out easier.

Classy Modern Range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] PROS: I really like this classy looking range. I have only had it three weeks but have cooked many times on it. I really like the oven for baking at exact temperatures. The air fryer is my favorite feature for quickly giving a crisp golden brown top at the end of baking.
CONS:
1. When ever I cook with the burners, there is a definite "mark/streak" where the pans have sat even after burner cools. I can only get the mark out after EACH time cooking with a smooth top cleaning cream. It is an easy fix to keep the top nice looking but still a hassle. I use different pans, so not sure why this happens.
(2) The timer is barely audible. I have to use my phone timer as the range timer is so quiet.
Small problems for such a nice range.

Nice stove, easy to use. Preheating seems to take much longer than my previous stove. Oven and burners seem much hotter than my previous stove, I have had to shorten cooking times in the oven.

Replacement stove of similar style

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am disappointed that there is not more of a multiple dinging sound when the oven temperature reaches the preset. It only dings once and it is difficult to hear. I also am not happy with the reduced capacity of the oven storage drawer. The black finish of the burners smudged after the first use, and the marks are unable to be removed. This is a replacement stove from a similar model that I had.
