When I cleaned the oven in between the glass on the door is brown “gung”. Have appointment GE maintenance

So far I like the cooking . I really haven't got into the air fry yet. Learn ing as I go. I really do not like having a resource to look up things. That online instructions really don't help me since I don't have my printer!!! Not a happy camper.

When I cleaned the inside of stove a lot of brown stuff got in between the glass called GE waiting for appointment
