It was a great build. I was disappointed that I had a couple of missing pieces. Fortunately it was small pieces that I had extras of. I was hoping 1 side would be opened so ppl can see the details without removing the floors.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Underwhelming

I have all but the first two modular buildings. This one is disappointing. As it sits lined up with the rest of my modulars, it simply doesn't fit in. The size, shape, and colors make it a sore thumb compared to the rest of the buildings.
I'm hoping the addition of a light kit will bring it to life and help it fit in with the rest of my modulars, but the size, shape, and colors will remain the same.
This one has me looking forward to the next one, whatever it may be.

Missing pieces

Bought this set for my daughter and she’s on bag 6. We’ve already come across 2 missing pieces. It’s a bummer when you spend this much on a toy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Building, Weak Instructions

I loved this set, I think the build details are absolutely fantastic on the roof and outdoor landscape. The rest of the building was quite lackluster and repetitive. The addition of the child and handicapped mother mini figures were a very nice surprise.
My one major gripe is with the technical writer of the instructions - they provided minimal details with respect to the museum displays (I have no clue what many displays are), character backstories (ex. who was the man on the park bench, what was his tale?), there was no feature on the creator of the design (how and why was this created), and the number of parts per page (PPP) varied from assembling two parts to 30-something - the PPP should be more consistent. I like the technical instructions where they give me a ton of information, these instructions may as well have been generated by some lackluster AI because they gave me nothing.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Fumes

Had to stop the build. Love the idea but really disappointed from the smell. The fumes coming off the Lego really hurt my eyes and throat. My wife couldn't even come into the room. Finally put what I had built into a sealed plastic bag and aired out the room. Destined for the trash.

I’m very disappointed that Lego didn’t include all the pieces. A single missing piece early in the build means I can’t continue building this set until the replacement arrives. Lego says this could be over a month from now. For the prices they charge, the least they could do is make sure the sets are complete
