Great Building, Weak Instructions

I loved this set, I think the build details are absolutely fantastic on the roof and outdoor landscape. The rest of the building was quite lackluster and repetitive. The addition of the child and handicapped mother mini figures were a very nice surprise.
My one major gripe is with the technical writer of the instructions - they provided minimal details with respect to the museum displays (I have no clue what many displays are), character backstories (ex. who was the man on the park bench, what was his tale?), there was no feature on the creator of the design (how and why was this created), and the number of parts per page (PPP) varied from assembling two parts to 30-something - the PPP should be more consistent. I like the technical instructions where they give me a ton of information, these instructions may as well have been generated by some lackluster AI because they gave me nothing.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Fumes

Had to stop the build. Love the idea but really disappointed from the smell. The fumes coming off the Lego really hurt my eyes and throat. My wife couldn't even come into the room. Finally put what I had built into a sealed plastic bag and aired out the room. Destined for the trash.

I’m very disappointed that Lego didn’t include all the pieces. A single missing piece early in the build means I can’t continue building this set until the replacement arrives. Lego says this could be over a month from now. For the prices they charge, the least they could do is make sure the sets are complete

The kit is enjoyable so far. Like most other kits I've done recently it is missing blocks. Also, I have found at least one instance where the online build instructions differ from the manual.

Great set but with missing pieces

It was a nice set to start with. I really loved the details around the set. However, there were way too many missing pieces for this new set and I found some random pieces which I never got to use instead, which prevented me from making any further progress. It was a bit disappointing.

Great set, lots of missing pieces.

Had a great experience with building and displaying this set. However I am missing roughly 4 different pieces. And no, I cannot contact the team about it, because I did not buy this set. It was bought for me. So I'm out of luck for lego's mistakes.
I would recommend this to a friend!
