I will never buy bissell again

It's not even 2 years old and I've had nothing but problems for the last 6 months. I am not impressed with the cleaning, I can't get the cover off to clean the machine after use. I have to get someone with a whole lot more strength than I have to do it. Now it's making a loud screaming noise anytime I turn it on. I'm so fed up with the bissell brand I'll never waste my money again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is fantastic, it works great and i just love the very long cord. The handle is long no bending over. I give this product 5 stars.
Cons: Area Rugs, High Traffic Areas, Living Room, Multi-Surface, Tile Floors
