[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not sure how this product got a bad review. I've had my machine for almost 5 years and it's amazing! It's been a game changer for my housekeeping business. My clients are floored how dirty the water is when I'm finished. They say their floors have never looked or felt cleaner. I use it on sealed hardwoods, laminate, tile and vinyl floors. Unfortunately there are cons with everything. Yes, you have to clean the machine every time you use it but definitely worth the results and it's not difficult to clean. The parts are expensive but you rarely have to buy them. I only use one brush roll and one filter every 3 months and I use it 6 times a week. If the average person uses it once a week, you'd rarely have to buy the filter and brush roll. I've seen people complain about streaks but I rarely have that issue. I just go over it without the solution to prevent streaks. IMPORTANT: I highly recommend sweeping/vacuuming beforehand for best results. It will pick up some debris but I feel it does a better job when most of the debris is picked up first.

I will never buy bissell again

It's not even 2 years old and I've had nothing but problems for the last 6 months. I am not impressed with the cleaning, I can't get the cover off to clean the machine after use. I have to get someone with a whole lot more strength than I have to do it. Now it's making a loud screaming noise anytime I turn it on. I'm so fed up with the bissell brand I'll never waste my money again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
