I use the product around my house almost daily. My house is 43 years old My flooring: tile. My favorite: lightweight, house smells fresh after use, cleaning parts after use is effortless is effortless, self cleaning, holder for brush is nice erases grit, dirt pets leave behind. I'd buy this again. Dislikes: unable to purchase the product specific sanitizing solution at big box stores, storing product in our small house is tricky, wish floor only brushes were sturdier to dissolves dried liquid messes vs having to go back and forth over spot literally 10 times, price for each solution bottle is pricey when you factor in replacement cost for filters and brushes my dislikes aren't enough to keep me ftom enjoying my CW! Thank you for all you ro for our pets at home and shelters Biseell!

I use this at home and for several Airbnb's, this is amazing and does an incredible job making the home clean, it feels clean and looks clean, and no mop bucket!!!! The amount of dirt it gets up is crazy!!!

Our Cross wave has been the best, longest lasting, most effective, easy to use & maintain-household cleaning tool, ever! Lifesaver for our hardwood floors having raised multiple pups in training & makes floor cleaning effortless. After 15yrs, I'm in denial she's become inoperable. Keep'er clean, follow guidance & she will not disappoint.

Product still needs tweaking

Have used only on tile floors twice. Leaves behind little drops or little puddles of dirty water in sporadic places. Not sure if defective or does this happen to all users? Product is not too heavy and maneuvers easily. Cleaning the machine after each use is slightly cumbersome. Considering returning but on the fence right now. May upgrade to hydro stream version to see if produces better results.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Crosswave Turbo as a gift. I've used it once already and can't say enough good things about it. It glides easily over the floor (whitewashed grey LVP that shows everything) and best if all - it really cleans well. Easy to take apart to clean manually also. We have a lot of sand and 3 indoor pets, so even though I thought my floors were fairly clean, it showed me otherwise. Love the vac and mop at same time feature. I would and have already recommended to friends.
