I do a deep clean on my floors every few months .The Crosswave helps so much to keep the floor looking clean & the house smelling fresh in between . I use it every few days .

I received no owners manual so you I don't even know how to use it. Watched YouTube videos to learn how to use it. My reservoir tank doesn't even fill up with water. Plus it is not as versatile as they make you believe. It you want to go from hard wood floor to a rug you better have the rug roller to replace with the main one they show in their video
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Everybody knows mopping with a conventional mop and bucket is back breaking work. The Crosswave makes keeping floors clean very easy. I've used mine only twice but I absolutely recommend it. Having 3 indoor pets can be a hairy challenge and throw in the cat having a kitty litter party and it gets out of hand. Kitty litter can't run and hide from the Crosswave. Love the self clean feature. I rinse the roller under faucet after self clean and then run the self clean for just a few seconds to pull out excess moisture.

Absolutely amazed, will never pick up a mop/bucket again

My poor floors would go months and months without someone paying them the attention they deserve. There's just something about spreading around dirty mop bucket water to clean a dirty floor that drives me the wrong way... ... Anyway, I went out on a hunt to find a quicker, easier alternative. First, I thought about just getting one of those spray mops, swiffer/bona whatever... Then I walked by this and decided to give it a try. I will say it was a splurge purchase but I don't think I will ever regret it. I purchased this about 12 hours ago and tested it on my living room and kitchen. Now I consider myself a fairly clean person, but after I used this and saw the dirty water tank, I feel like I'm the dirtiest critter to ever walk this earth. This device cleaned up dirt and grime that I didn't even know was there. I NEVER write reviews but right now I feel like a kid on Christmas Eve and for some reason I can not sleep because I am ecstatic to wake up and clean the rest of my house with this. Im blabbering, but you get the gist by now. This is a must have product. It is lightweight, easy to use (even for a guy that just had surgery 4 days ago), and all around an amazing device to add to your cleaning arsenal. (One last side note, I vacuumed my house prior to using this with a top of the line vacuum and this CrossWave picked up dirt, dust, hair, and whatever else was leftover by that 'top of the line' vacuum)... Buy it and thank me later

Not good for pet messes
