I just want to list want is troubling me. Fully charged battery, after 3-5 minutes working, it is hard to turn it on or show down once it hits the snow even though battery indicator still has 3 bars. Frustrated when this happens.

Needs to be a little tougher.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this a few seasons now. Works well for a battery operated snow blower. The snow can sometimes be too heavy or deep for it but we have short season. The shoot could be tougher. This hole was created by an ice chunk. I don’t know if I can get a replacement

Works well till the chute gears break. The main gear is small and cheap. It broke and unable to turn the snow chute. No parts list to order a new one. Disappointed. Check chute before running after sitting in the cold.

Good for Light Snow

I live in New England and bought this primarily for my front walkway which it handles fine. However, if there is a heavy or wet snowfall over 4 inches its really can't do the job and the batteries die quickly. Even in lighter snow, I literally have to push the snow wheels off the ground to clean down to the pavement. It would be nice if Worx came out with an equivalent to the EGO Power+ 24" or 28" snowblower for us northern climate dwellers.

"Great Service"

I would like to Thank WORX and Mr. Mills from their problem solution dept. I posted a review a few weeks ago as "Very Disappointed" with the snow blower I purchased. Mr. Mills responded immediately to see what could be done. Not expecting such a terrific gesture, I received an e-mail letting me know there was a new snow blower on it's way and a pre paid label to return my product. I just finished using my new blower in about six inches of snow and it works Great just like all the other WORX tools I have purchased. Thank you for your exceptional customer service and restoring my faith in a good quality company!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have purchased numerous WORX tools over the years. I somehow didn't even know that a battery powered snow thrower was part if the line or even existed until recently. I didn't worry about it because a neighbor had been doing snow removal for me because he seemed to enjoy it. That recently stopped so I decided to see if WORX had such a device. I was pleasantly surprised to see it and purchased it right away. Although I've been happy with all my WORX tools, I was skeptical about the ability of a battery powered device to work well on the heavy Mid-Western snow we get here. I got it just as we had record breaking snowfalls so I knew it would be a great time to try it. I was absolutely shocked at how well this thing works, even in snow as deep as the thrower is tall! I even had to use it days later to help get aneighbor's van out of being stuck in snow mound. It is worth every penny!

Worx comes through again

After shoveling 2 rounds of snow, I considered a snow blower. I’m no good with gas engine maintenance so that was out. A neighbor let me borrow their corded electric unit and it was ok, but that cord...ugh! So I turned to Worx. All of my lawn care equipment (mower, trimmer, leaf vac, blower) are all Worx, so I have experience. I ordered the snow blower, got it a few days later, and used in the next 2 rounds of snow. I am so pleased with it. It handled several inches of snow better than the corded model I borrowed. The batteries lasted more than long enough to do my driveway and sidewalk as well as the sidewalks of several neighbors. I have my batteries from my mower so having backup and rotating them is a big advantage. The unit is light weight and easy to use and maneuver. Feedback for improvements would be wider turning radius of ejector chute. It only goes 180...needs to go a bit beyond that left and right). Also, easier battery removal. There’s no spring eject assist like on the mower so new batteries are difficult to get out. My older batteries worked better so maybe it just needs to be used a bit more. Overall, very happy with Worx products.
