I ordered this recently and I am so happy I did. It is light enough that I can handle it without struggling. Easy to assemble and works right out of the box!

Bought snowblower because I already own Worx blower, edger, and lawn mower. 6 batteries. Chicago just got 3" of light snow on new years day. Fully charged 20V Pro 4Ah batteries lasted literally 5mins. Need to include 20V 6Ah batteries. Please respond, because I would like to return. Or get better batteries.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I used for first time a week ago. Easy to operate. Great for women to handle. It did a great job. I need to learn to make better adjustments.

got it just before recent snow storm. I have a worx leaf blower and weed trimmer and I am very happy with them. not happy with snow blower. clogged constantly

It is recommended to snow blow during, or right after, the snow falls as the snow tends to harden and get icy over time. The snowblower will operate more efficiently during periods of “dry/fluffy” snow, rather than wet/heavy or icy snow. I bought this snow blower a few weeks back haven’t needed to use it until now (1/29/2022). Batteries are fully charged, hold the handle and press the start button and nothing. It will not start. All this snow and no snow blower to use. Extremely disappointed at the moment. Not sure what to do at this point because customer service is closed on the weekends. Guess I’ll have to wait until Monday to reach out and shovel my driveway the old fashioned way.

Slick machine

Bought this a month ago it has easily handled the foot of snow we have had here in Minnesota. Even wet heavy snow. It burns through batteries quickly when it's the heavier snow. Otherwise no issues.

I bought this snow blower in December & have just gotten first snow of this season. This is working like a charm for me (I shoveled all last year & this machine is wonderful, easy start, easy to maneuver). I love my worx lawn mower & now I’m loving this snow blower too. My life will be so much nicer this year, thanks to this machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent packing and shipping. Good instructions for easy preparation. Used for first snow of the season and really appreciated how quiet, light weight and powerful the blower was. Waiting impatiently for more snow!
