I bought this snow blower a few weeks back haven’t needed to use it until now (1/29/2022). Batteries are fully charged, hold the handle and press the start button and nothing. It will not start. All this snow and no snow blower to use. Extremely disappointed at the moment. Not sure what to do at this point because customer service is closed on the weekends. Guess I’ll have to wait until Monday to reach out and shovel my driveway the old fashioned way.

Slick machine

Bought this a month ago it has easily handled the foot of snow we have had here in Minnesota. Even wet heavy snow. It burns through batteries quickly when it's the heavier snow. Otherwise no issues.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this snow blower in December & have just gotten first snow of this season. This is working like a charm for me (I shoveled all last year & this machine is wonderful, easy start, easy to maneuver). I love my worx lawn mower & now I’m loving this snow blower too. My life will be so much nicer this year, thanks to this machine.

Great Snow Blower

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all let me just say WOW. This Snow blower is amazing. I live on a corner lot so I have lot of snow to move. It had no problem blowing the snow. Even at the end of my driveway where the city plowed the streets this snow blower went through that with no problem. I did stall the machine out once due to me forcing the machine to hard in the thick snow. So i found if I went a little bit slower and let the machine do the work it threw the snow with no problem. I did have to swap out the batteries to finish the job but I did expect that. Would highly recommend this Snow Blower.

So Far So Great

I read reviews and was hesistant to add this snow blower to my Worx arsenal. I even went so far as to post a question asking whether the issues I had read about in the 2021 reviews had been addressed. I received a prompt response indicating they had been addressed. I decided to purchase the snow blower a few weeks ago and I have not been disappointed. The negative reviews I had read indicated the blower would simply stop working after a few minutes. I have not experienced that yet. I did bring my chargers and batteries inside from the garage in advance of a snow storm. I went through both 4amp batteries that came with the snow blower, but I was able to get most of my driveway done on those two batteries. I had one additional 4amp and a 2amp battery. It quit on me once the 2amp was drained, but that was enough to finish the drive and work through the sidewalk. So far, I have been impressed with the snow blower.
