Snow blower issues

So I just want to let anyone looking to order the snow blower to be aware that before you put it together check all parts-yes all parts for I put mine together not knowing that one part came broken. I called and was told they would have the new part to me in about 2-3 weeks. Great right-NOT. I just received an email stating that I may have to return the whole snow blower-yes take it apart-box it then ship it back-then hope I get a new one before it snows. It's Nov 2nd-Not very happy. So disappointed in this that I am not sure if it's worth trying agian.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

In this case, it will be easier to replace the entire machine, rather than have you wait 2-3 weeks for a single special part request. Easy

Bought this last winter and now will be using it again this winter, cuts through snow up to six inches with ease, I bought extra batteries to make sure when it needs to be replaced, I would not have to stop and wait for a re charge. I have so many WORX products which have served me well over the years and the company, if with a problem, has answered the call to help in any way possible.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Small Little Beast!

This is my second WORX Snow Blower. I keep one in my garage for the front aprons and sidewalks, and a second one out back for the patio. I will most likely be securing a third one to keep up at our farm shop down the road. The battery lasts about 30-minutes, which is perfect for the area I need to clear.

Do not buy.

Bought 6 weeks ago. Used it once for 2 minutes then it stopped, never to run again. Only thing that works is the LED lights - for about 7 seconds. Extremely disappointed! Other Worx products have been great. I just don't get it.

An Ergonomic Nightmare

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am 6'3". The handles are way too low, even while adjusted all the way up. I have to hunch way over to use it. Also, the lack of adjustable front wheels means that you CANNOT use this on an unpaved surface. It just turns into a tiller and eats the blades. So, unless you are not tall and only have a paved surface to blow, you should avoid this blower like the plague.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Light and very easy to use.

I bought this a month ago and have only had to use it once. No issues putting it together or using it. I didn't realize that it had to be stored inside a heated area before I purchased it. I don't have a garage so I had to find a place to store it.

We have almost bought Worx equipment but no happy this time. Snow blower is crap. Doesn’t pick up snow. More headache than it’s worth.

Lightweight enough for the wife to use easily

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First time we’ve ever owned a snowblower. It needed to be powerful enough for WI snow but easy for my wife to use. We’ve had one heavy snow and it worked great... just remember to make sure all the snow is cleaned out at the end or you will have a frozen mess when you go to use it the next time.
