Will not work in cold weather

Worked great when temp was above freezing but 20 degrees stopped as soon as it hit snow. Had to return it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

“ Worx” great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got it a few weeks ago and looking forward to using it. Well, it’s February 1st, in New York and as you may know SNOWING! I went out last evening when it started her in Maspeth and tried it out. Although there wasn’t that much snow that had fallen yet, what was on the ground was cleared immediately as I was using it. I had it running for over an hour and the batteries were hardly drained. I like that the unit is so lightweight. It was easy to assemble the handle and get it up and running. I’ll add another review once I get back out there and tackle the 12 plus inches we have so far. I expect that it will handle that with no issues.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Surprising results!

Once you figure out a system with the little thing,it works great! The batteries do last around thirty minutes but it cleared my driveway and sidewalks. My husband was skeptical that it would move snow this deep but if you don’t rush ,it worked great! I purchased this winter before last thinking it would be great for us as we are getting older and shoveling doesn’t get any easier. This was the first real snow we have had to be able to use it.i just had to share the picture of what the little beast can do. My husband wished the handle was a little taller but for us short folk it works fine. Another worx product that I love!

VERY DISAPPOINTED! DOES NOT PERFORM AS EXPECTED

We are very disappointed with snow blower. We have numerous Worx tools that perform well so ordered the Nitro 20" power snow blower. First one did not work, was returned to Worx, another sent and this one is just as useless. Starts, stops, we are NOT able to move any snow and do NOT recommend this unit.

Snow blower issues

So I just want to let anyone looking to order the snow blower to be aware that before you put it together check all parts-yes all parts for I put mine together not knowing that one part came broken. I called and was told they would have the new part to me in about 2-3 weeks. Great right-NOT. I just received an email stating that I may have to return the whole snow blower-yes take it apart-box it then ship it back-then hope I get a new one before it snows. It's Nov 2nd-Not very happy. So disappointed in this that I am not sure if it's worth trying agian.

In this case, it will be easier to replace the entire machine, rather than have you wait 2-3 weeks for a single special part request. Easy

Bought this last winter and now will be using it again this winter, cuts through snow up to six inches with ease, I bought extra batteries to make sure when it needs to be replaced, I would not have to stop and wait for a re charge. I have so many WORX products which have served me well over the years and the company, if with a problem, has answered the call to help in any way possible.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Small Little Beast!

This is my second WORX Snow Blower. I keep one in my garage for the front aprons and sidewalks, and a second one out back for the patio. I will most likely be securing a third one to keep up at our farm shop down the road. The battery lasts about 30-minutes, which is perfect for the area I need to clear.

Do not buy.

Bought 6 weeks ago. Used it once for 2 minutes then it stopped, never to run again. Only thing that works is the LED lights - for about 7 seconds. Extremely disappointed! Other Worx products have been great. I just don't get it.
