A month later of constant use and we are finding it our "go to" tool. The extension pole really wasn't necessary tho- the weight on the end makes it hard to use. Very Very Happy with the saw tho. Thanks!
I WAITED FOR THE CORDLESS TO COME BACK IN STOCK, WHEN I RECEIVED IT THE CHAIN (MOTOR) RAN BACKWARDS (COUNTER-CLOCKWISE) NOW I'M WAITING FOR REPLACEMENT. I HAVE OTHER WORX ITEMS THAT WORK JUST FINE - THIS WAS A SHOCK
Own many acres with alot of trees. Bought because I did not want to let my 16 and14 yo use other types of saws. After purchasing the Jawsaw with a cord and using it I was confident they could use it safely while working under my supervision. We have had the corded saw for 2 years and it is absolutely fabulous. Very safe, cuts great, and easy to maintain. It has held up to tremendous use. Just purchased the battery model and can't wait to use. Per reviews may need extra batteries if working many hours but we will see.
Easy to use and is light weight. Even I can easily and safely use it. I am 61 yrs old and weigh 108 lbs. the draw back is that it can only manage limbs and trees with a diameter of 4" or less. I am in need of a safe chain saw device that can manage cutting trees that have fallen or are at risk of damaging my barns and pasture fences.
I bought this last year for my wife so that she didn't have to wait for me to get the chainsaw out to cut branches too big for her loppers. It works great, it's easy to use, and is pretty safe to use. I find myself grabbing it off the hook for small jobs instead of my gas chainsaw. I'm amazed at how long the battery lasts and since it's lithium, I can throw it on the charger after each use instead of only after it's fully discharged.
