Life Saver!

I bought this Jaw Saw and have only used it twice, but I am so happy I did. This is my third WORX product purchase. I am a 62 year old female and have some arthritis issues. This thing is a life saver! It is so easy to use, even I can do it! I am very safety-conscious and was nervous at first about using it, but it is so safe and easy to use, I feel very comfortable. Only negative is that I wish the battery lasted a bit longer (or came with two like someone else suggested) but I would buy it again or recommend it to a friend. As a matter of fact, I already did.....to several friends!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Just got my JawSaw today. Have already cut down 2 trees and have a small pile of firewood cut up. This is a must have for any woman. I am 50 yrs old and had no problem using this jawsaw. Will get a lot of use out of it. I love it. I can now cut up my own fire wood and do not have to hire a handyman to help me.

Gift for my back

I dont have to hide my identity to let everyone know that this invention is the best saw for a homeowner with mature trees on the market. I live in an older treed community with 100ft plus maple and oak trees with the mess. Storms and age have dead branches always falling from the tops of the trees. This makes fire wood out of the larger pieces and takes care of the kindling. Removed an old pivet hedge quickly down to the within inches from the grown. (Be careful, I cut my orange extension cord. How stupid can you get?) Trimming is a breeze with the younger trees. Love it.

I LOVE this tool!

I've had this for about 2 years and have used it over and over! I've already been through one chain! It's easy to use, safe and fun! I also have the extension for it....it definitely works, but just beware that it's a little "top heavy" when you're reaching with it. I'm sure there's no way around that!! It's a great design if you're close enough to a power source. I absolutely love it!

I have had this piece of equipment six months and never had the time to use it. I used it last month and it was everything I had hoped for and more. I did not purchase the extension at the time and will do so now. It cut the trimming and removal to less than 50%.

Just got done doing some yard cleanup. Bought my cordless Jaw Claw a few years ago and it still remains one of my favorite tools. I’m a 75 year old female & I have no problem using it. If I can do it, you can to.

The chain falls off every few minuts

I got this as a gift a few years ago and it would be the perfect tool except the chain falls off every few cuts. I have read the manual, watched u-tube videos and had guys who work on chainsaws put chain back on and look at and it still falls off since day 1 after 3-4 cuts. I see a lot of similar comments and it appears a design defect. I end up going back to the hand tools as I get so frustrated! Unless they fix this defect do not buy this saw!!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for your feedback. I apologize for the inconvenience this is causing you. When placing the chain back on the tool, please (using gloves) grab the bar and pull it forward, and keep holding it while you tighten the chain. With this, you can make sure the the bar is not going to move backwards and not secure the chain in place, which can cause it to fall off again. If you have any further questions or concerns, please contact our customer service department and we will be glad to assist you.
