I purchased the JawSaw after the live demo in May 19, 2016. I interacted with the demo and was very happy for all of the answers to my questions during the show. However, I'm only 4'9" tall. The demonstrators thought I would still be able to handle the JawSaw. After receiving it, It was "too long and too heavy" for me to use. I have returned it, but still waiting for my credit refund. I'm sad it didn't work out. It seems as tho it would have saved me a lot of time and effort with my landscaping duties at my Dads house. Good luck to all of the owners of JawSaw. Oh! I do love my WORX AIR! ! !

This is just one of 10 WORX tools I own. Each has been outstanding. They perform as advertised and are a joy to use. I had my drill go bad and I received a replacement within 10 days. Great service. My wife uses the electric mower and it is great for her. We have the cart on the way and is due here Wednesday. Would love for you to make a battery operated tiller to use in the garden.

I've always been scared of chainsaws and refused to own or use one. I saw the JawSaw and decided to purchase it instead of paying someone to trim limbs. I'm so glad I did! It is very easy to use and cuts down limbs and small trees with ease. I was amazed at how much I cut the first weekend. I feel safe using it and highly recommend it to other homeowners!

I carry it on my Gator while riding around on the ranch, to clean up over hanging mesquite limbs on roadways , around feeders and fence lines. It sure beats a bow saw and ax.

Use jawsaw to cut off dead branches. Worked great . Light weight so I could hold it up and being cordless I could get to tree a long ways from power

Chain comes off too easily

I read and followed all the directions as best I could, oiled the chain and set off to use the Jaw Saw. The chain came off within a few minutes. Spent another half hour putting it back on, and it was off again within 5 minutes. Put it back in the box and got out my little chain saw again to finish the job. Read on another site that there were over 800 reviews of people having trouble with the chain. Guess there is a trick to getting it on and tightened correctly, although it says it has an 'automatic' tightener??? One user had a tip for tightening it and I will try that. I do not want to give up on it yet, but it seems to be trickier to use than my chain saw. I remain hopeful that I can use it correctly.
