I purchased this item a few weeks ago. Love it! we have a ditch that goes through the back of our yard with lots of annoying small trees growing, and excess growth. I spent an afternoon chopping them down and clearing it out! I still have more to go, so when I get the time I will get back to it. Just decided to take the plunge and purchase it! I do not feel comfortable with a chainsaw, plus I hate trying to start anything gas, it seems they never work when my husband is not there, and when I have the time and desire to work in the yard I do not want to be trying to start a chainsaw. I also love this does not have a cord, because we have another tool at the house that cuts large brush, but it has to be plugged in, and being in a ditch that seems to have water in it all of the time because of all of the rain we have had the last few years I don't want to think about being electrocuted!! I am small framed, and this is not too heavy! I can't wait to get the yard cleared out this winter, so our yard will look great next summer. I will recommend this to anyone.

Already had a 20V cordless WORX string trimmer with two batteries, so bought a cordless Jaw Saw bare tool. I love it. I can cut a 4" limb, drag it to a burn pile, then using one hand, cut it up into 3' to 4' pieces to tightly stack for a bonfire without bending over. Faster than loppers and easy on the old lumbar. This thing is so safe, I use my other hand to hold a cold one. (you know, like lemonade or ice tea) And the batteries last longer and work harder than I need to. I couldn't believe the amount of work I was able to do in 45 minutes on one battery. I wouldn't hesitate to buy again.

20v Cordless JawSaw

Just got this unit yesterday. Spent the day then charging the battery. I have the blower, the weed wacker and a drill/driver that all run on the same battery.
Amazing tool this JawSaw. Just what I needed to clean up Buckthorn and other limbs on my property.
Just used it for the first time to cut up an Ash tree limb that came down in a storm. The base of the limb was at the very limit in diameter of the JawSaw. It worked perfect. The branch was maybe 15 feet long with one large fork. Cut it up in one charge and Ash is like Oak, very hard.
This is just what you need to clean up limbs and branches.
Is it going to replace a chain saw, NO. But for limbing and cutting up those smaller branches it is perfect.

My birthday is this month, will be 75, and I bought this as a present for myself. Living on 5 acres, I needed a cordless chain saw, and this more than fits the bill. Easy to use and works great. Don't need to hire someone to cut the smaller trees, shrubs, etc., I can do it myself! My neighbor now wants one and she's half my age.

I finally got one of these saws to clean up a mess left behind by a tornado. It has done an amazing job. I am able to turn brush piles into winter firewood and clean up the last of my yard! The saw is light, secure, and easy to handle, all while being powerful enough to easily cut through medium to small limbs. Love it!!!

20V JawSaw Cordless Chainsaw...

What is there to like about this wonderful jawsaw tool?--here's a start: Light weight (allows me to carry it long distance, and arms do not get tired when in use.) Safe to use (the safety of having both hands to operate is good). Works well off of batteries (have several to take out with me, easier to carry than gas). Ease of use (working with a few different positions allows more cuts and can cut above height without stress). Gives me a way to help when cutting down "big dead wood trees from woods. (Can handle up to 4" branches with no problem and trims them into firewood length.) Can go on and on about my "Jaws"...simply in love with the freedom of this chainsaw and it's usage.... Have had a friend order it, and recommended it to a friend who does landscaping as a business. One minor suggestion--the instruction Manuel was a little difficult to work with because of the need to "go" back and forth to follow. However, figured it out, after a little while.

Pro: Had a business that sold and serviced amongst other equipment, landscape equipment. Had never seen anything like the JawSaw. Found it to be very easy to use, not heavy and was surprised at the power from the 20v battery considering the type of machine it it.
Con: Found the manual to be very poorly designed and not at all friendly. One has to go back and forth to the beginning to see the figures referred to. It would have been easier to have the figures by the section it is associated with.
