I bought it this month except when I check the tension the chain came of. I am still trying to figure out how to install the chain back and tighten up.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The chain falls off every few minuts

I got this as a gift a few years ago and it would be the perfect tool except the chain falls off every few cuts. I have read the manual, watched u-tube videos and had guys who work on chainsaws put chain back on and look at and it still falls off since day 1 after 3-4 cuts. I see a lot of similar comments and it appears a design defect. I end up going back to the hand tools as I get so frustrated! Unless they fix this defect do not buy this saw!!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for your feedback. I apologize for the inconvenience this is causing you. When placing the chain back on the tool, please (using gloves) grab the bar and pull it forward, and keep holding it while you tighten the chain. With this, you can make sure the the bar is not going to move backwards and not secure the chain in place, which can cause it to fall off again. Easy to use!

We have many trees in our yard and branches and limbs are always falling to the ground. Being a widow with only my daughter to help me, she bought this for us to use. It is so easy for us to cut the branches to a size we can handle. We were using a chain saw before, this is so much better.

Uncomfortable with a regular chainsaw

This is my first review and could not pass up on telling you about my experience with the JawSaw. I LOVE it !!! I have had this for over a year now and have not been disappointed. I have a hillside that I am clearing and has a lot of small trees. This has made my job so much faster, super easy to use and feel safe using this. The quality is A1. Thank you Worx. My next purchase is going to be your work cart. I Love my toys..

Bought for husbands Christmas! He looked a little skeptical at first, but decided it was pretty cool tool! The only thing was we also got the extension pole and with it attached was a little heavy. Not something you can use for an extended amount of time. Good thing is we are both tall so can reach most of the high limbs we want to trim. Thanks!
