[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I totally love my jawsaw. I have been using it for over a year now and being an older retired woman, this saw has been a great blessing. My only problem is I have lost the keeper key and have had to use a woodworking clamp end to hold it open to sharpen the blade etc. Is there anyway to get a new key. Would highly recommmend this tool.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It makes it nice to not have to move some logs and lift them up the ground, then cut with a regular chainsaw. This works pretty good. It takes a little time to cut through, but it does the job.
I just got my jawsaw and am very happy with it- especially lightweight and easy to use. Love that the saw and chain are not exposed. My friends think it is awesome too!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] No matter how much you adjust the chain (to manual specs) it keeps jumping off the bar. You can get maybe 2-3 cuts in before you have to stop for 5 minutes to readjust. Definitely not worth the time involved. Still waiting on refund after 10 days.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

recent purchase. The chain keeps coming off. Haven't been able to use it even for a few cuts. I like the design and but is no use to me if the chain doesn't stay .! I won't recommend this product unless this is sorted out.

Hello Valued Customer. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and review. With the Worx chainsaw, you will experience the chain coming off with your first few uses. One way to help alleviate the issue is to take the bar and chain off of the tool, then reassemble it to make sure it is tightly in place. After you place the bar and chain on the tool, pull the bar outwards (away from the motor) and then start twisting the auto tension knob. Please check out our self-help options on our website at https://www.worx.com/contact?openByDefault=true. I am very happy with the jawsaw & use it a lot. The oil stopped oiling the chain. I have cleaned the small holes with toothpicks. Seems clear but still no oil on the chain.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this tool. I am disabled and can use this tool with easy. I am able to help my husband and it takes no effort on my part. I don’t struggle to do branches and it’s not very heavy.
