Great saw for spring clean up.

Purchased this saw a few weeks ago and was not disappointed. I have other WROX items and they all preform great with little of no upkeep. Since I am 69 years old and responsible for the outside up keep of two properties, this JaxSaw is a great tool to make outside clean up easy and safe for my senior citizen limitations. I just love it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This baby is a lifesaver! I am 69 years old and have a bad shoulder, but I can still cut hefty low limbs on trees all around my property. We had a brutal Pennsylvania winter, but in a little of no time I have been able to buzz through downed limbs to manageable chunks for our fire pit. I even took it up to our church property for landscaping cleanup and was the envy of all the guys toting heavy, loud chainsaws. The battery holds a charge about as long as I do, so I have no complaints in that department either.

The cordless JawSaw works just like it is advertised to work. It is fast and safe. My 11 year-old grandson has actually helped me and he wanted to do more. My shoulders don't allow me to split big fire wood any more so I look for limbs that the JawSaw will handle easily. I even cut some Osage Orange with no trouble. I've thrown a chain off one time but it was easy to replace.
I am 74 years old and don't have the stamina that once had; so the battery generally last longer than I do. I'm sold on this tool for a home owner but I would like to read some reviews of the extension handle.

Bought this because I live in a heavily wooded area. It made quick work of many of my fallen branches and made my firewood pile easier to fill. I ordered additional 20v batteries since I have a lot of branches to cut up.

I purchased this a couple of weeks ago and could not wait to get it in my hands after reading all the reviews. I however was disappointed on the shipping and handling being shipped in its original package letting everyone know what you purchased and items in the package thrown around scratching my new toy! :( I got the opportunity to use it today and was amazed at how sweet this baby cuts and is so quiet and light weight ! I love it and my wife even got to try it out and she is really impressed! I am sure glad to have extra batteries because I have a lot of trimming to do! This is a great tool for anyone! I am so glad I bought this.Will recommend to all my family and friends!
