Waste of money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought it a few months ago and started to have issues immediately but was trying to give it a chance and see if I can figure out how to make it function properly. But no success.
1. Chain slips constantly! Rarely, can cut through the branch all the way without slipping. I tried to tighten it, make it looser, even tried tightening all the way, tried putting less pressure to cut slower, tried to put more pressure to cut faster. Once it warms up, it slips! Oil level is fine so not it.
2. Even with constant stop, fix the chain, continue, the battery life is only 30 minutes or so but it takes 3-5 hours to charge it, so if you are willing to fight with the chain, buy electric, at least not going to have to worry about battery life.
I bought extensions pole to cut the high brunches off trees, and pretty sure not going to be able to use it because the chain doesn’t stay on long enough and battery doesn’t last.
So, the moral is find another brand to invest in.

There is no way I'll cut off any limbs (mine, not a tree's) with this ; ). I love Worx products and am running out of room to put them all!

Best tool purchase in years

I bought this saw several weeks ago just in case I might use it. A few weeks later hurricane Michael blew through my yard knocking down several trees landing on my house and deck. I was skeptical at first thinking it would be hard on the batteries but I couldn't have been more wrong. I used it for over an hour and made over 30 large cuts and still had plenty of juice. This is by far the best saw I have ever had for cutting small limbs and brush. The design is much safer than a chain saw and actually fun to use. No gas, limited oil, easy chain tensioner and when you let off the trigger it is silent. It works as advertised and I would recommend it to any one who cuts limbs or brush.

I bought this late in the season and haven't been able to use it. I live in Ohio and it's been raining or snowing. I can't wait to use it in the spring. I'm sure I will like it, since I have liked all Worx products. I have the string trimmer, blower, cart, hedge trimmer, and now the JawSaw. Wonderful products!

I always been a fan of Worx. Got this to clean branches that had fallen after rain storm. It did a great job. I wish the battery last longer but I got extra batteries so it work well for me. It is great that I can just lay branches on the ground and start chopping them. Great product with great price.
