Easy to Handle...Lightweight

Purchased awhile back..had several storms with gusting winds that brought down tree limbs..Jaws..worked perfectly in cutting up those limbs..One of the best saws I've purchased..

I bought this 4 months ago and have not been able to use it because the chain keeps coming off when I attempt to cut anything. I have had several people try to help me attach the chain but it never stays on. I am finally contacting Worx to see what can be done. I will update.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Please ensure that the chain is on the bar properly. To tension the chain, simply secure it around the sprocket and bar so that the chain is seated then pull the bar forward (outward) to create a snug fit. The chain should be tight enough to fit securely around the bar while leaving appropriate give for tensioning. Take caution that you do not over-tighten the chain.
If you need help with assembly and usage, please contact our Solution Center Team at 866-354-9679 Monday through Friday from 9 am until 6 pm EST and on Saturday from 8 am until 4 pm EST. We'd be more than happy to assist you!

I got my jawsaw last spring to clean up some small stuff from logs cut for firewood. also to clear some downed small trees in the woods. it works great and is easy to handle even for a petite 76yr old woman. If I have any complaint it would be that it only cuts upto 4" diam. logs and would like a longer lasting battery.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this last summer after having a few surgeries on my right hand to help with the yardwork as I could no longer hold a chainsaw. It does everything as described! The only problem is my wife likes it as much as I do and I hardly get to use it! We are both in our 60’s and it is very easy for both of us, mostly her, to use to keep up with sticks and tree cleanup in our yard. This is my 2nd Worx tool and am just deciding which one to buy next.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I had one before my Mom past and some decided they would steal mines, I hope they are enjoying it. When I purchased it 5 years ago I gifted the ex with one as well. I love this saw.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm finding that at the age of 70, I'm having to do most of the yardwork as it's getting too difficult for my husband. I need tools that I can use! Worx fits my needs. With the JawSaw, I can easily cut back unwanted lower branches safely. Since purchasing the JawSaw, I have ordered two more items and plan to order more. I brag about the Worx tools to everyone and I definitely recommend their products!

But I do like the battery that has the lights on it better so I can tell how much battery life I have. I have just had it for a few weeks and it works great.
