Saw blade came off with first use

Bought this not even a month ago. I needed to do some tree trimming and was so looking forward to receiving this to help me. First time I used it the saw blade came off after 1 minute. I don't know how to get it back on so now I have a tool that is useless to me.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best Mother’s Day gift EVER!!!

I asked my husband to buy me a chainsaw so I could get our property cleaned up. I’m retired, he is not. Therefore, I have a lot of extra time. He feared me using a chainsaw...I attempted to assure him I could handle it. I’m always on the lookout for more efficient lawn/garden tools. Then Mother’s Day rolls around and he presents me with this, the most amazing tool ever! At first, I was like, really? Then he showed me how to run it and I was blown away at the simplicity of this beast! With 6 acres, half uncleared and full of fallen trees and brush, I put this Jawsaw to the test! I also try to push it to the limits, but it just keeps going. Yeah, I managed to pop the chain a few times, but even I can put it back on. So guys, this is a must tool for any female who works outside. It’s more than safe, it’s super lightweight...no worries about lugging around a heavy tool and no worries about sawing off a limb...it’s virtually impossible with this thing! Don’t hesitate, just get one to see for yourself, you won’t be disappointed!

Best tool ever!

My wife and I moved from the city to a heavily forested acreage in the Ouachita mountains as we rapidly approach retirement age. I bought this about 5 years ago and it has been a workhorse ever since. My wife uses it constantly and confidently as it is so safe and reliable. The performance greatly exceeded expectations and our JawSaw is still going strong. It was our first Worx product and we have subsequently purchased several more on the 20V Power Share platform and are pleased with all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this last summer after having a few surgeries on my right hand to help with the yardwork as I could no longer hold a chainsaw. It does everything as described! The only problem is my wife likes it as much as I do and I hardly get to use it! We are both in our 60’s and it is very easy for both of us, mostly her, to use to keep up with sticks and tree cleanup in our yard. This is my 2nd Worx tool and am just deciding which one to buy next.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love the power JawSaw

I have used the JawSaw several times and I love it. It is light weight and easy to use. I am a 60 year old female that wanted something I could handle. It starts easy and is very safe to use. It has security features that keep you safe while using. I have other WORX tools so, if the battery needs charging, I switch out to another battery that I use with the other tools. I highly recommend.

Safe to use and effective

Time Saver

I use this mainly for making kindling and cleaning branches off trees that I felled for firewood. I trim the branches off with this and then walk along them while they're on the ground and cut them into approximately 12" pieces. Loaned it to my chiropractor who lives in the woods for a week to try it. He ended up getting one and then so did his friends. I had three overgrown forsythias that I had to trim. Used my 20" Worx hedge trimmer to take them down 50% and raked it all into a pile. Took the JawSaw and went to town chopping the pile up so I could fill three 50 gal. garbage cans to put out for town yard waste pick up.That move turned a two hour project into about a twenty minute one. Did the same with an ornamental grass that was 7 feet tall that I had to cut to the ground in the early spring. Love my Worx tools.
