Great until it stopped functioning

Bought it months ago, but it stopped functioning recently. Seems like electrical as it acts like the battery is dead (but it isn't). Am going to attempt to return/replace. I'll update my review with how that process goes.

Got it and took it for a spin. It offers essentially one handed use with safety. The only drawback I encountered was the size of the jaw. In other words, as advertised clearly, it will only work on wood and branches that fit into the jaws. But wow, it really works. My wife was able to use it comfortably.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not as good as I thought

After watching you tube videos and reading reviews it didnot reach expectations. I fact I am let down. After arriving on my door step I followed the intructions to set the chain tention, filling her up with chain oil and letting the battery charge overnight. I was excited to get to work on the fallen tree branches in my yard . The battery lasted about 20 minutes and I estimated about 30 cuts and the unit was dead. So the battery is not long life. This may be a great tool for someone with a small yard but does not work for what I need it to do. Just feeling let down.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for sharing your experience and review! WORX batteries run different amounts of time depending on the tool, but for the most part, the 2.0 Ah batteries average about 20 minutes of run-time. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this because we have a lot of trees that need pruning. Chainsaws cam be hard to start and sometimes dangerous.
This JawSaw is great. Battery run and does a great job pruning trees and cutting up branches. Work time is so much shorter now.

Lives up to its advertising

I bought the Jawsaw to clean up my wooded lot. I formerly cringed when the wind blew with large gusts knowing I would have branches to haul by hand to the burn pile. With the Jawsaw I now shrug my shoulders with a “meh”. It is easy to use and more powerful than I thought. The Jawsaw dies the hard work for me.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Idea-Does not Last

I have had 2 jawsaws. The first one quit and worx replaced it. Now the replacement saw has quit working. My batteries are good, they run other tools. I realize these tools are not commercial quality but they just don't last in light homeowner use. I am sorry I purchased this product.
