This is my first chainsaw so I'm no expert. I've only used it one time to cut down some weeds and a couple of bushes. The weeds kept getting caught in the saw and when I'd pull them out the chain would pop. Cutting the bush limbs in a downward motion was fine but trying to cut the bush stems horizontally didn't go well. It wouldn't cut all the way through. The pictures on the website lead me to believe that the skinny limbs I have would be easy. I'll let a guy try it and see if he has better luck.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This saw has enough power and is a good value, but mine keeps throwing the chain of even though I have constantly adjust the tension.

I used the saw for the first time and it seems to work fine. The gears are made of plastic so we will see how long it holds up. I was not happy when I set the saw on my air compressor over night and found oil all over the compressor and down on my paver driveway. I had loosen the cap and re-tighten it.

Not bad but it has its problems...

I got this saw after searching for something that would be easy enough for a woman to use. I have a weed eater from Worx and this looked great. Not super big but big enough to take care of the littler stuff. The directions shows how to use the saw but I didn't do it. I will try though. The problem I have is just like everybody else, oil leaks out of the saw when not in use, and the chain pops off frequently. I used it according to directions and that darn chain keeps popping off. The bad part was I was teaching myself how to use it when the chain first popped off. I didn't cut anything. Other wise I cut my tree and it was probably a job that a professional should have done but I wanted to do it. The saw and I both survived. The sound it makes is like something I would use to trim the bushes around the house. I like that quiet. Still going to use it and hope the chain settles in.
I would recommend this to a friend!

TURN ADJUSTMENT IS SUPER WHEN CUTTING CEDAR FOR RAILS AND DECORATION PIECES. NO GAS FUMES IN SHOP AND VERY QUITE.
