I bought this electric 14" chainsaw to replace my old broken gas chainsaw. I like the fact that I do not have to buy gas, drain for the winter months and basically have no maintenance what so-ever.
No more pulling on a gas operated saw that is hard to start. Just plug in and go. Works great for all the smaller jobs I have around my yard.
WORX Chainsaws "Are" the way to go when needing a reliable tool that works Great!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Excellent alternative to gas powered chainsaws

I was quite surprised by how well this chainsaw cut through the many branches that fell during a bad storm. It was quick and easy to cut fallen trees. I may have to replace all my gas powered equipment with electric.

One I got it assembled properly, it quickly powered through all the jobs I had in mind. Including a small tree that had died. Much trimming was done. It's all I'll ever need.

It did a good job for the purpose I purchased it for, but chain needed constant tightening after 3-4 uses. Maybe it could have been not perfect angle cuts that I used it for. Easy take apart and clean.
