Perfect for my Yard

I purchased this with the hopes that It would not bog down and lose power during use. I have a lot of woods and wanted to take out the little (less than 12 inches in diameter) trees. I was concerned that it would not handle the work load. Boy was I happy when the first tree I took down came crashing to the ground in less than 30 seconds. I am pleased to find a quiet, non-polluting, light weight, fast cutting alternative to those mini gas chain saws that are such a pain to maintain and use. This is an outstanding little worx-horse and I would recommend it to anyone doing light trimming and small tree removal.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Probably a good product if bought new.

I bought a refurbished one of these and it came packed in an open box with one piece of oily paper. The housing which clamps the blade on is cracked, but doesn't seem to affect performance. Saw cuts small limbs fine but is more a pruning saw then for felling trees over 3" in diameter. It is quieter and easier to maintain than my gas powered saw.

I am experienced chain saw user. I could not get the chain to say engaged and on track. No matter what I did the chain popped, I bought two 14 inch saws. I am returning both of them.

I bought a WORX WG305 and the drive guide and washer wore out with a few months of use. I was only using it to trim small limbs of less than an inch in diameter. I would like to fix it and I don't have the receipt but will pay for the needed parts. I will never buy another and if i cannot fix this one I will trash it and buy another brand.

I bought this 3 months ago to cut a couple of small trees (4'' or so). It worked fine for 20 cuts and after that it stopped cutting. Very short chain life

Chain won't stay on drive sprocket

Bought it, used it, and spent more time putting the chain back on than actually cutting wood with it. Returned it the very next morning for a refund. Pure junk. Cover allows wood chips to build up, knocking the chain off the drive sprocket. I had to resort to hand held loppers to complete the job. I wasn't knocking down a tree, just a very overgrown evergreen. Save your money and rent a gas powered or electric chain saw.

Bought a month ago. After a few small cuts the chain stretched and is impossible to keep tight and rendered this 50 dollar piece of garbage unusable. These chains should be prestressed dynamically.
