Hard Working Tool

Following Hurricane Florence I had several clean up projects. This saw works as well as a gas saw, has lots of power, and needs no follow up maintenance . It will do anything a gas powered saw does, but it is quieter and lighter. I'm a fan of electric power tools and Worx makes some really good tyools

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have you ever been sitting outdoors? On your porch, or your deck. Maybe just sitting under a shade tree, when you notice. The branch. That branch that, for whatever reason just bugs you. Well, now you can grab your electric chainsaw, slap in a battery and tackle that rascally limb. It’s quiet enough not to spoil your arboreal splendor, and there’s no repugnant exhaust odors. Before you know it you’ll be back to your pastoral reveries.

Came without chain on bar - and rotten instruction

I bought this chainsaw - but it came disassembled without the chain or bar being in the chainsaw. The instructions are HORRIBLE and I may just give this saw to charity and buy another that is put together or has good assembly instructions

I used this for the first time. For my use, plenty of power,the cutting is great, but I do have one problem. It leaks oil like a sieve. Great for cutting downward, but if I try a lateral cut, the oil just pours out the three air holes in the cap. Am

Easy to use and surprisingly strong

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have used this item a few times for light cutting. Had a job to take care of at church placing railroad ties around a playground. These were seasoned oak,(non creosote treated). Had to cut 45° angles on some so brought my Worx 14 inch electric chain saw. I was very pleased with the performance of this saw. It never bogged down, and I didnt have to fight against it. Very well worth the price and handy to use.

bought this chainsaw today to cut up trees limbs that fell in the storms this past week
after i got it put together i went to put oil in it and found out it didnt come with any so now i have to waste another hour going to the store to buy some oil. would have been nice to now that it didnt come with any . i checked the box and the manual no where does it say oil not included

Chain continually slips off

I spent more time putting the chain back on than I did actually using this chainsaw. When it was working, it worked pretty well for it's size and power. However, after putting the chain back on for at least the 10th time in the first hour of use, this was returned to place of purchase for a refund.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
