chain won't stay on

on this model saw that I have,the chain will not stay on the arm. after 1-5 second's ther chain come's off. I installed the chain as per the manual & made sure it was tightened, & it will not stay on. It appear's to be a Mfg./engineering issue.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for your feedback. I apologize for the inconvenience this is causing you. When replacing the chain back on the bar, please grab the front end of the bar (please always use gloves when handling the chain and the bar) and pull if forward and tighten the chain, if the bar moved back from its position, the chain may not tighten all the way. If you have any further questions or concerns, please contact our customer service department and we will be glad to troubleshoot this with you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really a good strong Saw for a homeowner. Real easy to setup and use. Chain setup is simple, easy to take on and off, easy to adjust. No hassle with gas for storage or fire danger. Only 1 negative... No chain Brake.

Powqerful mighty might chain saw.

We were affected by Hurricane Irma and need a chainsaw in a hurry. Got this 305 8amp chain saw because we needed something easy to manage. This Chain saw cut through the large branches like butter and made the job easy. Wound not trade it for another.
