New and improved trimmer

Your "new and improved" cordless 13" string trimmer is hard to adjust, complicated to change to edger, has too many knobs to adjust, uses string 3 times faster than your old discontinued model.. I loved your old model, so when it died, I automatically ordered a new one from you. I am completely dissatisfied. The auto feed on the handle for the string doesn't work. I have to stop repeatedly to hand feed the string. I have an acre of yard to trim. Very inconvenient. I had a hard time getting the right string for replacement. I wish you had left a perfectly good product alone or at the least given the option to order it or the new one. I will never order another
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Wow best yet

I bought the 13” Nitro 20V and wow, it is the best yet. I have the single string one and it’s good but this one is the best. Power control wonderful. I would recommend buy only this one if you are edging. It’s fast, powerful. Only issue was the battery lasting. I have a very large area to edge both front and back and the battery only lasted 1 hr.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the handle assembly locking mechanism broke within two months as well as the locking mechanism to turn the trimmer head, I do like that you can change the angle of the trimming head
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worx tools are great
