I like it, but there's a big issue

The trimmer is nice, lightweight, and effective. The 4 amp battery gives plenty of juice.
My big problem is that they don't have replacement spools available. It seems like every other trimmer they have has spools available. When I contacted Worx on their chat thing, the only answer is none of the other spools will fit.

I would think they would have planned ahead to make sure spools would also be available. So now I have a very nice trimmer without line available.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Wow best yet

I bought the 13” Nitro 20V and wow, it is the best yet. I have the single string one and it’s good but this one is the best. Power control wonderful. I would recommend buy only this one if you are edging. It’s fast, powerful. Only issue was the battery lasting. I have a very large area to edge both front and back and the battery only lasted 1 hr.

Best Cordless String Trimmer/Edger Ever!

I have owned several Worx cordless trimmers over the years. This one is the best yet IMO. Plenty of power. Head adjustment is very easy and goes beyond standard trimming and edging. There are options which allow for "mini mow" use and trimming on angled ground. String feed works well plus it is fairly light weight. I bought this to replace a Worx trimmer which needed a battery no longer offered. I was not happy having to replace the tool due to a battery, but now that I have this, I am glad the battery to the other trimmer died.

Beast of a machine

I needed a light weight weed eater. I wanted to clean up around my flower beds. My husband’s gas mower is way to heavy.
This machine is lightweight….and is a workhorse. My husband is very impressed with the power of this little machine. The battery lasts way over an hour. That is a lot of weed eating!!
Money well spent. Would buy again. Highly recommend.

Great features

It's a hard thing to do a review. I love all my works tools. The string trimmer is by far the best I've ever owned. I choose it over my gas trimmer every time. It is so much easier and lighter to carry. I never have a problem with the string sticking together it always feeds out with ease. The batteries hold up for a tremendous amount of time. I keep four batteries charged at all times. It is so easy to change a battery or the line that you waste no time getting the job done. I wish I had a video for you but I don't have a camera to set up. Keep making the most wonderful yard and power tools out there. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE MY WORKS!!!

An edging and trimming beast

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first battery-powered trimmer I have used that feels like it has comparable power to a gas trimmer. It really goes to town on weeds and has the power to be an effective edger too. It was easily cutting 3 inches of built-up weeds and dirt to expose the edge of the sidewalk with no problem and laser straight. Has a great amount of runtime too. I did find that the line advance on command was a little finicky, but I have never used a line trimmer that didn't have its quirks with feeding out the line. It's easy to handle and adjust to your body size and the task you are doing. It feels sturdy and well-balanced.
