New and improved trimmer

Your "new and improved" cordless 13" string trimmer is hard to adjust, complicated to change to edger, has too many knobs to adjust, uses string 3 times faster than your old discontinued model.. I loved your old model, so when it died, I automatically ordered a new one from you. I am completely dissatisfied. The auto feed on the handle for the string doesn't work. I have to stop repeatedly to hand feed the string. I have an acre of yard to trim. Very inconvenient. I had a hard time getting the right string for replacement. I wish you had left a perfectly good product alone or at the least given the option to order it or the new one. I will never order another
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've used this trimmer a few times and so far it's working perfectly for me. Lots of nice features and very adjustable. The wheel for edging is genius!
I had bought another name brand powerful electric with a hinge in the middle and ended up returning it. This one is half the price and works twice as good. I liked it so much I bought a second one for my son.

The way all trimmers should be with dual strand. Great features to use, adjust and move around. The trim was easily replaced with thicker strand for better bite. The large capacity battery keeps it going without a hiccup.

I wish I'd never purchased this trimmer. It is very difficult to use on all counts. After 15 minutes of use my hands are killing me since you have to hold the power button to keep it on. I've tried every possible angle to hold it and none are comfortable. And you have to have Schwarzenegger hands to switch it around from trimmer to edger. I absolutely hate this thing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

WE have purchased a few worx lawn tools and until now have been very satisfied, however, the trimmer we purchased last year has been nothing but a headache. We purchased the 20V Nitro brushless trimmer and have had nothing but trouble with refilling the string line. We have watched the video's and the string just keeps wrapping around itself. We are at the point of just throwing it out. so frustrating would never recommend this trimmer. Hope you come up with a better trimmer in the future.
