This would have been my 3rd summer with this mower and it does not work. Mower is cleaned after mowing and batteries stored in the house....this year the mower would not start. Batteries work fine as I use them in my other worx yard tools. The mower is not durable and does not last and there is no way to repair it. I do not suggest this mower. I have gone back to a gas mower...as least if something breaks it's very likely it can be fixed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great mower

I got this a day ago it’s nice and light easy to use but with having I have an arthritis in her hands it’s hard to keep the mower on when you turn around letting go of the self-propelled part you’re there or not I like the mower
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great mower

I just purchased this mower & have used it. It is wonderful, no gas to fill, light weight, and easy to use. I have bought several of the word products over the years & love everyone of them. I do recommend buying extra batteries to have around.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the self propelled feature, mulching ability as well as the lithium batteries and charger where I don't have to fool with any gas. The low weight is great also for maneuvering.

This is by far the best mower I have ever purchased of your equipment and I owned so many of your tours this makes my life simple easy and this mower works your quality your customer service is over the top easy to use comes pretty much assembled charge the batteries and go I would recommend this to anyone

Great Mower with a couple of issues (& Workaround)

I was really excited to get this mower and upgrade from my 14" worx mower. Overall it delivered. The power is pretty good when not having issues. The Rear wheel motor makes it effortless to mow and the the height adjustment and handle for switching from mulch to bag is quite convenient. And the battery usually lasts for about 5000 Sq. ft. with power to spare.
But The first major issue is the mower just stops and would not start at all in some spots with somewhat taller grass. This is especially disappointing considering my lower powered 14" had no issues there and I have got this model for better power. The solution was to start the mower outside the grass or from already mowed areas.
The other issue is after using the self-propel drive, if you want to pull the mower back it gets stuck likely due to some gear mechanism. The workaround is to give it a little push forward manually and then pull it back. This makes is bit tricky to maneuver around.
Overall these issues kind of kept this from mower from being perfect but they are issues I can live with. And since I have a bunch of worx 20v devices and batteries this is the natural choice

Great Power!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this mower a few months ago and have used it several times already and am very happy with its power and the results. From the innovative design on lowering or raising the cut height, to the on-demand battery-life indicator, this mower is a winner. The self-propelled works just as good, and perhaps somewhat better than my previous gas mower. I keep the self-propelled speed on the bare minimum as it will pull you if you set it pretty high. Great feature if you're an older person and need some assistance. I have an average size front lawn (left and right side) and the battery life provides more than enough time without clonking out on me. If it does, no problem as I have additional batteries from their blower and weed eater/edger. Light weight, yet durable, and alot less noise. Very happy with this purchase!

What a surprise.

My original mower was broken on arrival. Promptly replaced. Quite surprised with the power from the 2-5Amp 20V batteries. Easy height adjustment with one lever. Mulches, side discharge if desired and large quantity grass bag to boot. Self propelled and light weight. I made a great choice in choosing WORX
