Great mower

I initially reviewed this product as poor. What is bad, no awful are the instructions. I am not the first to complain the mower runs but blade doesn't turn. There are no written instructions, just pictures. A few words at each picture would make a lot of frustration go away. You most hold the start button down when you pull the black bail to the handle.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Handle height adjustment?

Please describe how to change the handle height instead of supplying a support number. I've seen several post as this question. You should be able to tell us simply how this is done. This should be included in the manual.

I have not used it yet. We just got rid of our snow and it is supposed snow again next week. Will let you know when I use it. All I have done is test it on the driveway

Very High Quality Product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would have given this 5 stars but for 2 issues. First they delivered it with two 5 AMPH batteries when their new more capacity 6AMPH are available.m That is just foolish and them being cheap. Their cost difference between the two batteries is likely minimal. Second, the bar you must hold back to keep the DC motor running is way to sensitive. If you let up on it even a the smallest amount, like when you release the drive lever, the mower stops. I really hate this feature and am trying to decide how to modify it to lock on while I'm mowing. Competitor brands don't seem to have this problem.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
