Very High Quality Product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would have given this 5 stars but for 2 issues. First they delivered it with two 5 AMPH batteries when their new more capacity 6AMPH are available.m That is just foolish and them being cheap. Their cost difference between the two batteries is likely minimal. Second, the bar you must hold back to keep the DC motor running is way to sensitive. If you let up on it even a the smallest amount, like when you release the drive lever, the mower stops. I really hate this feature and am trying to decide how to modify it to lock on while I'm mowing. Competitor brands don't seem to have this problem.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I pulled it out of the Box, charged the batteries, and showed the wife how easy it was to mow the lawn.

I haven’t used the mower a lot yet, but it has lots of power and features I feel I will like very much. So far I have liked all the Worx items I have purchased

Really great

With a little practice and a few adjustments and it is better than my gas powered mower. Only complaint is I only get 20 minutes on a full charge. I can mow either the front or the backyard per use.

Quiet and smooth cutting!

I bought this mower after much deliberation and research. I have had good luck with my other Worx purchases, so I thought I would give the mower a try. I like the way it cuts and how quiet it runs. It took my a few times to get the hang of holding both handles to keep it running and moving forward. I am a little disappointed in the run time. In fact I purchased two additional (Expensive) batteries so I could keep going and finish the job without waiting for the batteries to recharge.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Early problems

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are 2 glaring problem that I’ve encountered with the new mower. After only 3 uses the left orange lock/unlock mechanism to adjust the angle/height of the handle just snapped off. Also, I notice about 30% of the time when I release the power drive handle the wheels lock up and I can’t pull the mower backwards without having to drag or even fight with it. This has become very annoying. Otherwise the mower cuts well and the battery life is good. I love the height adjustment and it’s light weight.

Superb mower

Mows well, very lightweight and fast.
Turning the mower can be a little jerky at higher speeds.
Battery life at higher speeds is a little short.
Despite the above I was able to cut the lawn in much less time with less fatigue.
