My neighbor has had a 12 volt for 8 or so years. He said that they are the best dependable one on the market. I have had a gas one of a different model, which is much heavier and always have to mix oil and gas. The 20 volt is so easy, plug it in and when it shows the battery's are charged it is ready to go and last a long time best one I have ever used. I highly recommend this prouduct you will not be disappointed

Great features easy to adjust

We got this 3 or 4 years ago still running we use it every summer for our yard work we have 3/4 quarters of acre it does the job we did get and extra battery for it so we can keep working.
