[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so happy to see a lightweight nimble tool and charged her up and went about my business and found that that enable button is meant for a right thumb and not a left hand. Everything is good except a left handedness.

Super trimmer/edger!

This is a competitively entry level priced product, but is is more, much more than that. While it is missing some bells and whistles of there expensive models, it has some of its' own. One feature I really like is the ability to change from a trimmer to edger with just a flick of the wrist. I found being able to do this very handy working my way around my yard. Likewise, the flower guard snaps up out of the way or down to protect those plants when needed in less than a second. This trimmer also has an adjustable cut - 10" and 12". Easily accomplished by loosening up a screw, turning the line cutter and retightening the screw. Certainly not quite as quick as the other changes but only takes a minute to do. (If you need both sizes to do your yard, I might suggest you do all you need to do with one size then make one change necessary to finish what you are doing.) Keep in mind that it does draw more power to cut with the 12" than it does with the smaller size. The edger does great working around the yard and does a satisfactory edging on concrete sidewalks and driveways. Here is what I think. While the edger does all you can expect of it, IF you primary objective is edging concrete take a look at the WORX 30 volt 3.0 GT for about $40 more. (I have one - used primarily for edging concrete) If it can be worked into your budget I believe you will be happier with that one as edging concrete does chew up a lot of line and the feed on the 3.0 gives you better control plus it has wheels to help hold you on line and depth. Otherwise, you cannot go wrong with this one. You get WORX quality for a very reasonable price. I recommend it to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have several Worx tools and this is the only one that has disappointed me. The string is too thin to cut through even medium grass. If you live on a golf course and have the perfect lawn, it might be fine, it's light weight, which I like, but just didn't cut the way I thought it would.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry that this tool was not fitting your needs. The trimmer line for this 20V can normally handle tough jobs but we do offer a 56V Grass Trimmer that uses a thicker trimmer line and is made to tackle more heavy duty jobs. You may want to take a look at the 56V to see if that would be a better tool to get the job done for you.
