Lack power

I bought the 12" trimmer after seeing the commercial. I decided to give it a try. I was disappointed by the lack of power and the size of the string spools. In the commercial, they that they will also also throw in 6 extra string spools for life, NOT! Also, it only has 1 string not 2, compared to gas trimmers.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very happy with this recent purchase. It is easy to adjust and use, and for my small yard it usually only uses a small portion of the battery, even with the additional use of the edger. Definitely would recommend it.

A pain to work with. The string doesn't cut and is constantly getting tangled. When it works properly, it goes through spools like nobody's business. I only have a very small strip of grass in front of a town home and go through a spool every few weeks. Cheaply constructed. I got it on the recommendation from a neighbor, and I liked that it had a wheel to help with trimming, but the wheel is such a pain to add and remove that it isn't worth the trouble. I regret buying this piece of junk.

BOUGHT THIS 2 WEEKS AGO AND JUST LOVE IT. IT ADJUST TO MY HEIGHT ,I AM A OLDER LADY AND THIS TRIMMER WORKS GREAT FOR ME.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was reluctant to buy a cordless trimmer and thought about it for a while. After I bought the trimmer I was very pleases that I bought it. It is very versatile. The Battery life is excellent and does a wonderful job and with a 3 year warranty you can loose. The purchase is well worth it I would advise everybody to try it and they will not regret their purchase.
