Bough this a year ago because pricing was right. It is very awkward to hold--cannot get close to fence or edging without pulling handle up and holding by pole. Biggest issue is the spool cap..those should be a lifetime supply for free since they crack and break every time you use it!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am a short person that loves taking care of my grass. This product is perfect for me. Small and lightweight, definitely makes my chores easier without damaging shribs and my gorgeous flowers. Thank you so much.

I have this edger trimmer for several years. I have the lifetime string spools, what a deal. I have had to replace cap and battery which is normal wear. I have always received these items in a timely manner from Worx. I like it because it is lightweight and that is very important to me, also cordless which also is very important. Would recommend this item.

I couldn't be happier with the battery life and the weight of the trimmer. It works perfectly for me and the batter lasts long enough to do the entire yard!

My house is on a large corner lot. The Worx 20V Cordless String Trimmer & Edger has enough power to detail my yard each week on one battery charge.

Lightweight

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to try this unit out once I saw the last portion of the infomercial. I hesitated to call, at first, but felt much better open receiving it and opening the package. It is much easier to use than I expected and it is so much lighter than my old gas one. It has made my trimming quick and easy. Much less back ache due to less weight and lighter to carry around. I can even do some areas with one hand, which was not possible at all with my previous gas trimmer. Thanks for making my yard work so much easier. I am considering buying the blower when my electric one gives up.
