[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this for one summer and this is by far the best weed eater I've ever owned. It is lightweight and easy to maneuver. This is my 2nd Worx item and there are several more on my wish list.

Don't waste your money

My neighbor and I both bough this item and we both agree it is a piece of junk. You spend more time charging the battery than you do using the trimmer. The max time you get to use this item is 5min. Don't waste your money!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and review. The maximum amount of run time for this particular trimmer is 20-30 minutes. If you are only getting 5 minutes of runtime, there could be an issue with your battery. My new FUN toy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i have struggled with trimmers for years and have not found one I could use that didn't cause me fits with the string. I did the whole yard and did not have a problem. I cannot wait until the grass grows enough so that I can use it again!

Great for small jobs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few weeks ago, and have only used it once. I have a small front yard and about the same area to edge.
Tool is very light weight, and had enough power to do what I asked of it. My only issue is the length of string coming out of the spool could be longer as I could only do small passes on the grass. Length of string using the edge feature however was plenty.
Auto feed feature worked flawlessly, and is quite convenient.
That being said, spools come in pre strung packages, and seem awfully small, but time will tell if that is a pro or a con.
Battery power could be better... takes forever to charge, and spends the stored energy very quickly. (20v model)
Again, this is ok because I have such a small yard to tackle.
Lastly, my wife can pick up and maneuver this trimmer/edger with ease, which is why I leaned toward buying this unit.
