Beeps loud

I have three Kitchenaid appliances. The toaster is durable & pretty good quality for the price. However I don't need a loud beep to know my toast is done. It wakes up my family. My toast is only toasted completely on one side. The buttons are nice, wide toaster slots pop up nice.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this and it only toasted on one side and that was only on half of the bread, and no I didn’t have the bagel button on. I contacted the company and they send me a new one again only to have this one do the same thing. I’m done.
