Lever doesn’t stay down without holding.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received as a gift for Christmas. Complete kitchen is done in kitchenaid even the beverage fridge and microwave undercounter. Was very out done with the toaster. Maybe a few times while holding lever lashes and hold on it’s on.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

A joke. Not consistent, turn the control toward #2, toast darn close to burning. Not worth the extra money for the KitchenAid name.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the look, and the price was decent. But it takes forever to make toast. You can’t see the elements turning red inside the toaster as it’s baking. It’s warm but it takes a really long time for the toast to get done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The toaster works as advertised. However, before purchasing I did a search online for toasters made in USA, and this toaster was listed. When it came, it said "Made in China." So I suppose it was outsourced to China recently. I don't see why this is necessary.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the wide slots that allow well for bagels and the 'bagel button' that turns off some of the elements for properly toasting bagels. This toaster toasts bread well too.
The manual lift lever makes it easy to retrieve your toast. I like the audio tone when it is done.
