[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well we love the color of this great product. There is a downfall to it. Anything over the 1 minute almost burns the toast. So we don't even barely put it on 1. Otherwise the smoke detectors in the house go off.

Unexpected feature

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got what I expected with this toaster—it makes toast. It lets you select how light or dark you want your toast, it pops up when done. What I did not expect was how cool to the touch the toaster would be when being used. Besides all that, it looks wonderful on the counter.

Not worth the $

Perfect KitchenAid toaster perfect toast!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m not impressed at all with this toaster. I’ve had it about a month. It does not toast both sides evenly and the lever pushes down hard and it takes many attempts to have it catch to begin the toasting cycle. I have other Kitchen Aid items and have been happy with them but this is definitely not worth the money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
