[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This toaster is a great addition to my kitchen tools. I love the timer telling me my toast has popped up. What a great idea to add this feature. It stores nicely in my appliance garage and when I take it out it adds elegance to my kitchen.

Too hot!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our new KitchenAid toaster looks great and toasts evenly; however, we can only use the number 1 setting. Anything higher burns the bread. What’s the point of having settings 2-5 if 2 burns the bread.

Annoying buzzer

While we like the looks of the toaster… the adjustment of the toasted levels are not precise and inconsistent without changing it… Multiple toes things at the same level gives generally darker results!… And then there’s the buzzer
Also, It took 10 days from the date of ordering is the projected date was two days… The product showed up in good shape and well protected in its factory box

Great toaster!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was tired of how long it took 8-10 mins for our old toaster oven to do an english muffin or regular toast. We didn't really want another appliance taking up counter space but this it great. Now the toaster oven gets put away and used on occasion to bake small dips or casseroles and this stays out.

Burns toast on lowest setting

This was given to me for a present. It worked fine for about 6 months, then it started acting up. First the handle won’t stay down, we have to prop a lid against it to stay down. Now it is burning toast on the lowest setting.
