Stopped Working

Purchased this for our new home. We don’t use the toasters a lot but since COVID hit, we started using more often. Noticed that the bread didn’t come all the way up when done. Also noticed that it burned the toast often. Just dealt with it but ...Now it’s not working at!! It just stopped working!! This is ridiculous!! I’ve had cheaper toasters that lasted longer than this!! Very dissatisfied!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife got this as a Christmas present. So far, we are impressed by the accuracy of toasting and digital sounding notification the toast is done. I have owned KitchenAid and Whirlpool my adult life. Always satisfied!

Worst toaster I have ever had.

Bought this 2 years ago to replace KitchenAid toaster that I had owned for 20 years. Toaster just can’t seem to make up its mind how badly to burn the bread no matter the setting. Should have tossed it months ago but am afraid that the next toaster wouldn’t be an improvement. Besides, I’m getting used to scraping the black off my toast. I really think it builds character. Guessing “They just don’t make them like they used to.” is true.

Very Good New Toaster

Like bagel option. Own several other KitchenAid appliances (both countertops and major appliances, all are good and reliable.
