I would have liked to have the model with stainless steel grates but nobody in my area of the Midwest carries it. I found it on the East coast but they wouldn't ship to me.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I purchased this grill and upon assembly I discovered that one of the cabinet components where the doors get attached to was damaged. Contacted the Weber consumer support team and they were very understanding and helpful of my situation. They asked me to forward them photos of the damage, which I did, and they in turn identify the part and ordered it for me. I replaced the damaged part and now have perfectly brand new grill, which I’m very happy with. Couldn’t be happier with my Weber grill. And Weber’s consumer support team followed through in resolving my situation from beginning to end. Best in class in my opinion. Thank you so much
Grill works great. Lights easy and temps come up quickly. So much room on grill. Veggies and meats cook beautifully. Old Webber was 16 years old and still worked. Grill covers not as heavy as old ones and pricy.
Nice product. Easy to use and control the temp for slow cooking while having the high temps for grilling steaks. Can’t wait to use the rotisserie for chicken and beef roasting. I like the size of the grill. It is good for a family.
This is my third Genesis. All lasted a long time and I gave my old obe to a friend. This new one lights easier and the tapered gas burners really work well. Many more improvements and refinements make this a cooking dream. I do a lot of baby back ribs from scratch and in two hours at 300 degrees they are perfect
