This is an excellent grill. Perfect heat distribution and easy to clean. One thing-it’s hard to tell if all 3 burners are lit. This is solved by turning knobs off, then on, and reigniting
I would recommend this to a friend!

We are sorry that you are having difficulty seeing the burners! Your grill's Flavorizer bars have a notch that should be oriented toward the front of the burner. This will allow you to view the burners more easily.

My 2nd Genesis griil in the past 20 years. 1st one was not " Dog Proof" this one will be, so expect to get 15 years or so with minimal replacement parts. I have the Rotisserie as well as the griddle options and it gets almost Daily use. Great investment in outdoor living!
First Weber grill. It does heat to over 650° but takes a while. Insulated box makes a difference with less btus than you'd think. Have cooked amazing food with beef, chicken, veggies, pork and more. Family has loved the meals! Cooking time is FAST so watch internal temp on high heat cooks or you'll overcook. Very happy with the investment as our last SS Jen Air lasted 13 years and still going (but only gets to 500° now). I hope this Weber will do the same and expect it to last. Happy with purchase after 1.5 months of use.
So far, this grill has been excellent. High temps are above 500 to get a good sear. Yesterday I had enough room to put 2 whole chickens and still had room to grill veggies. I am liking the cast-iron grates.
This is one of the best grills i have used. The heat and grilling surface work amazingly well. grill the best meat and vegetables i have eaten off a bbq.
The control knobs seem to be poorly made and are afraid they may not stand the test of time
