I’ve always had Weber BBQ. I’m a basic bbq’er and like my base storage space. This base has a structural angled bracket that I feel interferes with storage. There is an additional side storage compartment that could be handy but feel with the extra round grill supplied that is where I would store it. Again I don’t use the round grill so I feel it’s a waste. I did notice the area for supporting the tank doesn’t have the visible scale showing the approx gas available in the tank. I would like that feature back. I’d like to see the light provided for night time cooking as opposed a option
Otherwise it’s new and a pleasure to use.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Thank you for your feedback on the Genesis S-335 Gas Grill. The tank scale is available for purchase on the website and through our Weber Customer Service team. You can call or email us directly for more details on the tank scale and other items compatible with your grill. We hope this information helps. Please know that we are constantly working on ways to improve our products and our customer experience, and we are happy to pass your feedback along to the appropriate team. Thank you!
We've always wanted to have a natural gas grill and finally had the opportunity. The Genesis S-335 is great looking and well made. The burners provide consistent heat distribution for more predictable cooking over a propane grill. The accessory grill insert gives a lot of flexibility in how you can use the grill with pots, or a wok, getting them closer to the heat source for hotter cooking temps in the pan. We are pleased with our Weber grill.
This grill definitely should’ve had a built-in propane gauge. Buying this as an added option after sale is ridiculous. I’ve had gauges on other Weber‘s the Genesis is top of the line why wouldn’t it come with it??

Your feedback is very important to us. We understand your frustration with not having a tank scale on the newest Genesis models, and we apologize for the inconvenience it has caused you. Please be assured that we take all consumer feedback seriously and will relay it to the relevant team. Please don’t hesitate to contact us directly if you need assistance. Thank you!
Love the new Weber grill. This is my 3rd one. Gets hot fast. I do NOT like the fact you have to use the starter to ignite each burner one at a time.. This will wear on the ignition using it 4 more times than necessary per cooking session.
The grill seems okay, but was missing 2 parts. a shelf inside the grill and a shelf under by the tank. Though all documentation showed the parts, Weber customer service would not send the parts. When I suggested a return they still refused. They spent more time refusing than the parts could have possibly cost 3 times over! I talked to my local Ace HW guy and in 5 minutes I had the shelves! Weber gets a zero for quality control and customer service.

It doesn't get hot. Only to 250. Paid for setup and he left before it was lit.

Thank you for letting us know about the heat issue you are having. We apologize for the frustration, and we are here to help.
Natural gas grills require a specific gas connection to ensure proper gas pressure. If the grill is not getting hot enough, the connection is probably not set up to specification. Your owner's guide has more information about this assembly.
Our Care team is following up via email to help with your grill's gas connection. Please look for our outreach soon! Thank you.

Rust spots on stainless exterior after 1 use!

I have purchased at least 10 Weber gas grills in the past. The S-335 was purchased for our vacation home in MA that we occasionally will rent.
Unfortunately, this new grill started to have rust spots and pitting immediately. I noticed them after 1 use. Evidently the stainless steel exterior is not very durable and requires significant ongoing maintenance to keep the rust at bay. I just spent 30 minutes polishing the exterior with metal polish.
I expected to own this grill for years and encounter minimal maintenance. Now I know that I will need to polish the grill nearly every time I use it. And I am now concerned that my renters will complain about the appearance and quality of my new grill. I am beyond disappointed.
I shared my feedback with the hardware store where i bought it and he mentioned that Weber reduced the nickel component on the exterior and that leads to more rust spots.
As a long time, repeat Weber customer, I can say this will be my last Weber Grill.

Of course the winter months currently (1/3/2025) in NH and grilling is not on the top of our list of things to do, but we've managed to use the grill twice. It preheats very quickly. The two times we've used it it cooked everything evenly. I haven't used it enough to really give an accurate review. If it's possible, I'll update this review at a later time.
