[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had our new washer/dryer combo for about a while now and it is such an improvement to our old units. We have the units stacked which provides much more space over our past units without compromising capacity. I am slowly working my way through the different settings and each one works well for its given job. I particularly appreciate the bedding cycle and towel cycle as they thoroughly clean both items without taking forever. Our sheets and towels come out clean and refreshed. While we haven’t used all of the different settings, the normal wash and AI optimal wash/dry are quick and effective during our normal laundry days. Quick and efficient are not words we would use to describe our old set and it makes laundry days so much quicker and easier. My husband has set up the smart things app, but I don’t use it myself being a pregnant stay at home mom. Also, I love the color and sleek look of the machines. It brings me so much happiness to go in and see our beautiful new laundry room complete with amazing and efficient washer and dryer.

The upscale appearance of the Bespoke set makes a bold statement, reflecting a modern approach to home appliances. The efficient use of space offers a more streamlined setup. If I had a larger family, I’d add a second combo unit to our laundry room. In this case I’ll just add a sink to the room.
The user interface is another highlight, with a clear and easy to read display that simplifies operation. The addition of internal lighting is a thoughtful touch, improving visibility and making it easier to load and unload laundry. Conveniently placed controls at the center of the unit ensure accessibility for everyone, including those who may find reaching higher placed controls challenging. This design consideration is particularly appreciated by families with children, like my 11 and 7-year-olds, who enjoy the independence of washing their own clothes from time to time.
I didn’t expect the automatic detergent dispenser equipped with a fill cartridge that releases the perfect amount of detergent for each wash. This system can run for weeks without needing a refill, offering a hassle-free solution to daily laundry tasks. Simply load the laundry, select a cycle, and the machine takes care of the rest, a feature that I found unexpectedly convenient.
The large capacity of both the washer and dryer is impressive, easily accommodating king-sized bedding and reducing the number of loads needed. The AI optimal clean cycle is particularly effective, automatically adjusting washing settings and then setting the dryer to match, ensuring optimal care. This feature streamlines the laundry process, making it easy!
Furthermore, the integration with other Samsung devices enhances the user experience. Receiving alerts on my Samsung TVs, SmartThings Hub, and smartphone about the status of my laundry not only keeps me informed but also coordinates my household chores more effectively. Whether it’s a reminder to transfer laundry to the dryer or a notification that my laundry is complete, these SmartThings integrations are incredibly useful for managing my busy family life.
Overall, the Samsung Bespoke AI laundry brings advanced technology, style, and convenience to everyday tasks, making it a valuable addition to the modern home.

Long time LG Customer Goes Samsung on a whim! A+

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for a new laundry renovation without ever seeing it and only reading a few reviews and MANY online complaints about how difficult it is to install these all in one units. That said, I couldn't be ANY HAPPIER with this unit. i was down to either this or one of the LG all in one units and I've used LG for years and I decided to try something new. The interface is intuitive and easy to use, my clothes are always smelling fresh, and the magic AI machine in the dryer always gets everything nice and perfect dry. I also LOVE the green.
