Long time LG Customer Goes Samsung on a whim! A+

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for a new laundry renovation without ever seeing it and only reading a few reviews and MANY online complaints about how difficult it is to install these all in one units. That said, I couldn't be ANY HAPPIER with this unit. i was down to either this or one of the LG all in one units and I've used LG for years and I decided to try something new. The interface is intuitive and easy to use, my clothes are always smelling fresh, and the magic AI machine in the dryer always gets everything nice and perfect dry. I also LOVE the green.

Makes the chore of laundry less daunting!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this washer/dryer tower for almost a month now and I absolutely love it! It's quiet, it's quick and efficient. It has lights inside when you open the doors to switch laundry from one machine to the other. It's been easy to learn how to use and I'm not very tech savvy. I love that it connects to my phone and wifi and will alert me with a notification to let me know when a cycle is done and I can change settings on the app as well. The only negative thing I could say is that sometimes with the AI technology setting on the dryer the laundry feels almost a little damp still sometimes and I will just start a cycle again for a few minutes if that happens. Don't wait! Buy this machine if you're in the market!

The upscale appearance of the Bespoke set makes a bold statement, reflecting a modern approach to home appliances. The efficient use of space offers a more streamlined setup. If I had a larger family, I’d add a second combo unit to our laundry room. In this case I’ll just add a sink to the room.
The user interface is another highlight, with a clear and easy to read display that simplifies operation. The addition of internal lighting is a thoughtful touch, improving visibility and making it easier to load and unload laundry. Conveniently placed controls at the center of the unit ensure accessibility for everyone, including those who may find reaching higher placed controls challenging. This design consideration is particularly appreciated by families with children, like my 11 and 7-year-olds, who enjoy the independence of washing their own clothes from time to time.
I didn’t expect the automatic detergent dispenser equipped with a fill cartridge that releases the perfect amount of detergent for each wash. This system can run for weeks without needing a refill, offering a hassle-free solution to daily laundry tasks. Simply load the laundry, select a cycle, and the machine takes care of the rest, a feature that I found unexpectedly convenient.
The large capacity of both the washer and dryer is impressive, easily accommodating king-sized bedding and reducing the number of loads needed. Major Upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had our new washer/dryer combo for about a while now and it is such an improvement to our old units. We have the units stacked which provides much more space over our past units without compromising capacity. I am slowly working my way through the different settings and each one works well for its given job. I particularly appreciate the bedding cycle and towel cycle as they thoroughly clean both items without taking forever. Our sheets and towels come out clean and refreshed. While we haven’t used all of the different settings, the normal wash and AI optimal wash/dry are quick and effective during our normal laundry days. Quick and efficient are not words we would use to describe our old set and it makes laundry days so much quicker and easier. My husband has set up the smart things app, but I don’t use it myself being a pregnant stay at home mom. Also, I love the color and sleek look of the machines. It brings me so much happiness to go in and see our beautiful new laundry room complete with amazing and efficient washer and dryer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although the Samsung Bespoke AI Laundry Hub™ opened up our laundry so we could add a laundry table, the washer being on the floor is not optimal. When doing a load of laundry, I had to get down on the ground to look inside the washer and make sure I got all my laundry.
The Samsung Bespoke AI Laundry Hub™ was a lot quieter than most other washers and dryers I've had in the past. There wasn't the balance issue that a single washing machine usually has. The dryer didn't drone as loud as other dryers I've had.
I'm still getting used to the AI, the one time I used it, my laundry took forever. The prefilled detergent and softener is a huge bonus of the Samsung Bespoke AI Laundry Hub™.

My favorite features is that you can add your laundry detergent and fabric softener for several washes instead of every time. The dryer let's you know when you need to clean the filter. I've been using the AI optiwash for most of my laundry and it's perfect. I like to use the the super speed option to dry my clothes and it's great because it dries my clothes fast and completely. Plus, you get a notification on your phone when the washer and dryer is done. Very comfortable and easy to use.
