Amazing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To begin with I’m in love with my new washer and dryer machine. It is very powerful and super easy to use, I enjoy washing my clothes and getting them clean faster due to the powerful features that it provides. Also the dryer machines save me time and energy which is better when trying to save some money. The design and color are just amazing. It was very easy to install and it doesn’t take a lot of space due to the fact that you can stack up one in of the other one. I love that it is touch screen and very very easy when using it. Another feature that is very useful is that it provides a super speed wash and dry option, same powerful clean but in less than an hour. Washes your clothes in 28 minutes and dry in just 30 minutes. As a busy mom is very essential for me to be able to manage my time wisely so I’m so happy that this washing machine comes with wifi connectivity which allows me to control my washing cycle from my phone. It lets me remotely start, stop or delay my washer from anywhere just using my phone. Overall I’m so in love with my new appliances and how excellent they work together.

The Hub of the future

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was in search for replacement of our previous front load washer and dryer and wanted a smaller footprint. I really liked the Bespoke design and when I saw this new Hub with AI, had to have it. I like that it can save space by stacking both units.
PROS:
- I like that that there is just one control panel to control both dryer and washer.
- The unit does not shake as much as our previous washer since this is stacked. Also due to the fact it is not on a pedestal as our previous one.
- Like the prefill for detergent and fabric softener which allows you to store a large amount of the liquids for multiple cycles without having to keep adding them at each load.
- Like that it auto presets the dryer once washer is complete.
- Like the ability to control and see everything on my Smartthings App.
- The dryer seems similar to our previous Samsung one and has the steam capability which is always nice to have to remove wrinkles.
CONS:
- The AI Optiwash is cool but also questionable as it tends to add a lot more time to the wash cycle than I anticipated. It also runs the dryer hot on certain fabrics that you not want to be subjected to that much heat.
- Don’t like the fact that some settings on the washer (i.e. Delicate cycle) will not use the auto-fill option for the detergent and fabric softener.
- I do not like that the unit has to still have two power cords. One for washer and the dryer. They really should have just add one from the dryer to power both units. Also should make the power cord in the middle so it does not have to come all the way down from the top.
- Not a true con but may be personal preference. The washer does sit low so you have to bend down to load and remove clothes. Do wish they had added a built in pedestal or added perhaps 6 inches at the bottom to raise the washer. Of course this may have made it too tall to fit into laundry closets. But from an ergonomics standpoint, it would have been nice.
OVERALL IMPRESSION:
- Like the design and function and it works well in our laundry room given that we have the height and space. This may not work for others who do not have the space. Having the stacked unit allowed us to add a laundry table for folding and storing laundry items.
- Not crazy about the green color but in person it is not as bright and has a nice satin finish.
- I had to move the unit from one end to the other and I was able to do it on my own.

Makes me LOVE doing laundry!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My previous and only machines that I have had have all been old style agitator models. We decided to get this model because of a few reasons, mainly the tech, space savings and seriously, it's just pretty! The satin green is just so sleek and modern. I also love the lint filter. It's quiet. What a satisfying clean that is!
If I could sum up the Samsung Bespoke AI Laundry Hub™ in one word, it would be: AMAZING! I've had the Hub for a little over a week and even now I have not touched on all the features that are available. I love having the ability to dial in on settings to personalize my laundry. I have found all preset settings to be perfect. I have used the AI wash and dry and they are super useful. I love that I can fit a whole basket of laundry into the drums due to the 5.3 cu. ft. Ultra Capacity Washer and 7.6 cu. ft. Dryer. The AI wash gets everything clean and fresh. Mind you, we are a sporty/active household so clothes can get pretty ripe. I did a super speed wash and dry load with my daughter's track gear and it came out perfect. Wash and dried in about an hour!
In both the app and on the physical machine, you can tweak many things such as the temp, rinses, spin speed, dryness, soil level, etc. The auto-dispenser can be changed there as well. The auto-dispenser is a game changer! No more having to measure things out when I just want to throw in a quick load of laundry!
The SmartThings app is actually super helpful and useful. I could not connect my washer using the QR code, but it connected easily when I did a search for available machines (both processes are simple and quick). The dryer connected no problem using the QR code. I consider the SmartThings app download a must. You can personalize your loads and pick more presets than are available on the physical machine. It also tells me how much energy the loads can/did consume. It also will tell me how much time is left on the cycles. This is key.
The only downside is that I can't START a load from the SmartThings app. I can send settings to the machine, but I must start it at the machine. I am hoping that this will change with an update. It has an automatic dispenser, I should be able to start remote. This is helpful in case I ever (happens often) leave a load in the washer too long and have to restart it. Would be nice to just be able to do it from the app.
I truly love the Samsung Bespoke AI Laundry Hub™ and would highly recommend it.

Samsung never disappoints

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an amazing washer/dryer unit. I was able to cut down my laundry time in half, literally in half. Not to mention, since I was able to cut my laundry time down to half, that means money will be saved on my light bill. That's a double win to me. This unit is large enough to fit king size bedding/quilts and probably bigger. That's right, no more trips to the laundry mat to wash those large beddings that don't fit in a regular sized unit. Not only is the unit large enough to fit a very large load in both the washer and dryer, but it gets the job done right the first time. It has many different features to get your clothes done right, including an AI feature, with is amazing. The dryer comes with a rack so you can properly dry your washed shoes without it tumbling all around the dryer. I also love the SmartThings app. There are so many features in it that you can select to get a good customized clean or dry. With the SmartThings app, you will get notifications on your phone or samsung tv when the unit is done washing or drying. Once you select your preference in the SmartThings app, you just have to press start on the unit to get it going. I also find that I no longer have to measure how much liquid detergent I need or liquid fabric softner. I just fill the Flex Auto dispenser, and it takes the amount needed for the load that I am washing. With the Flex Auto dispenser, you can customize which dispenser you want the unit to use. You can even select how concentrated you want your fabric softener to be. Its such anamzing feature. This washer/dryer combo is definitely quiet. It has vibration reduction technology, so you don't really hear that shaking noise that most washer/dryers make. The satin green color is different than the colors you usually see on a washer/dryer, but it is a nice satin green color. Thats the amazing thing about bespoke. No more regular normal colors. I definitely recommend this unit to anyone.

Quiet! Sure....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Talk about quiet? Can you say Super Quiet? It’s a night and day experience from our top load washer set and this one. Its almost calming to hear it running. The Vibration Reduction Technology almost eliminates all of the noises we are used to hearing. From our living room, you really have to listen for it to see if it is running in our laundry room (door closed). Using the SmartThings App makes it that more effortless. Everything is at the touch of your fingers. We are getting pretty efficient (lazy) around here as it’s a welcomed edition to our television, refrigerator and dishwasher that is also controlled by the app. The capacity is much more than I expected. Loading our top washer, we must be calculated when placing our clothes in. With this washer, “it just fits” and does an awesome job cleaning. I also like not having to add product for washing each time. The Flex Auto Dispense is another feature that is helping us be “efficient”…LOL!!!! I love the product and hope Samsung keeps punching out more great products.

Overall Amazing Samsung Washer Dryer Combo

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow, just wow. I did not realize how much I would actually love this washer/dryer combo. It has so many compliments, that I don't even know where to start, so here we go. Firstly, I love how spacious both the washer/dryer is. I can fit very large loads without compromising cleanliness. Compared to my previous unit, where I "thought" I was washing a large load, this unit here can hold two of those loads, amazing to cut down laundry time. The clothes came out very clean and fresh. I was curious as to how the dryer would dry that large load, would it really dry it throughly in one cycle? Would it take a long time to dry? To my surprise, it did dry that large load in one cycle and much faster than my previous unit. I was really impressed. I honestly couldn't believe it. In this washer/dryer unit, you can wash and dry large bedding including quilts/duvets. Mine are king size, so that gives you a good reference for sizing. There are many different cycles to choose from for both the washer/dryer to get a good customized clean. Let's not forget the SmartThings app, you can set the settings for both units and then just press start on the unit. It's literally that easy and convenient. The washer/dryer unit also plays a cute little tune to let you know its done. I highly recommend this unit to anyone who wants an amazing unit and clean clothes in a short amount of time.

Beautiful Washer Dryer Combo in Satin Green

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was in the market for a new washer and dryer as the last one I had was over eighteen years old and the washer started to leak, and the dryer will not turn off until you open the machine. This was concerning because it could start a fire, so I had gotten rid of it. The leak from the washer cost damage to my upper and lower floors in my home and the floors and the ceiling are currently being repaired. I decided to move the washer downstairs to the first floor and to do that, I had to find a space in my home to put the new unit. I was looking for a washer and dryer combo, so I decided to do my research. When I saw Samsung had this, I was excited, and without hesitation because I am very familiar with Samsung products. I went online to research this unit and it was very difficult to find a lot of information on this unit, being that it is still new on the market, but like I said, even though there were not a lot of information out there, I did not have an issue purchasing this unit because I know the type of products Samsung creates. If it has the name Samsung, you know it is going to be something to behold. Before getting into all the technical things, the first thing you see with this unit is the color. the color is so different from any other unit out there on the market. The aesthetics of this unit are just amazing. Now into the details. You get two units in one, it is a space saver, this unit can fit into a closet and any small space that you have. As I stated before, I had to relocate the laundry room, now a laundry closet. This unit saves me the headache or trying to find a space in my home for my laundry. What I like about the unit. I like the auto dispense feature. This is so convenient; it saves time and effort putting in detergent for every load and now you don’t have to guess if you are putting in too much or too little. I like this feature because sometimes, I believe we are using too much detergent which can damage your machine and it also saves you the trouble of lifting those heavy bottles of detergents. This will dispense the right number of detergents. The machine is easy to operate, I like the fact that it has a light so you can see in the machine and not leave anything behind in the machine. I like the AI technology. I have done a lot of reading and research on this product, but nothing compares to actually using the machines. I like that I can operate the machine directly from the Smart things Apps. Clothes comes out clean and dry.

Space Saving Samsung AI Washer Dryer Combo Unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Where do I start with this washer dryer combo. When my daughter told me about this Samsung washer dryer combo, I was very excited. We have not been able to wash our clothes in the home for a while as the home is currently going through a mini renovation due to some issues in the house. The laundry room had to be relocated and the space we now have is very limited. Having one unit and not taking up the space for a washer and dryer is an answer prayer. My daughter does a lot of research before purchasing anything and this unit was no exception. The color is so unique. I haven't seen a washer or dryer in this color. The satin green is a beautiful color. This beautiful machine has a lot to offer. We love the prefill for laundry detergent. Being an older person, lifting those heavy detergent was very tasking, now I don’t have to lift them up every time I have to do my laundry. The Smart things app is great, I don’t use it, my daughter does, and she can control the unit from her phone. This unit is a life saver, now we don’t have to create another space for a two-unit washer and dryer. This unit can fit into a closet. I couldn't wait for the unit to be installed, so we could start enjoying this beautiful creation from Samsung. Once the unit was connected, it washes the clothes very well. I like the color and I like that the dryer is set once the washer is complete. I like that the control is in the middle of the unit, and you don’t have to tiptoe or use a ladder to reach the control like some other units. The dryer will alert you about the lint, so if you forget to clean the lint from the dryer, you will get an alert. My daughter is always telling me to check the lint after every load, now, I don’t have to do that. The unit is large, I can wash beddings and don’t have to take them to the laundromat because of the size. Overall, I really like the unit, especially all the features that it has to offer. I can’t wait to show it off to my family and friends. This unit is so different from the combo machines they had back in the days.
