First griddle and love it. So much fun learning to use the griddle. This one is wonderful. Easy to get up and going and performs beautifully. Love that I can us it on my Genesis grill. Easy to, but heavy, to exchange for the grills.

Currently I only have a handful of cooks on this, it had been pretty good so far. The cooking surface space is perfect for my needs, I considered the half insert offered, but it looked too small. The downside is also the size, I still use my grill with the original cooking grates so when I want to use the grates I have to find somewhere to put the griddle. It is too big to put in the cabinet below, so I end up setting it on the table of my performer. So I end up losing a surface I sometimes use for setting things on. Other than that I like it.

the griddle works great! we have made bacon (perfect and no mess), smashburgers, sausage, steel head trout, and veggies. heats up quickly and puts a nice sear on steaks, fish, etc. we started with the bacon and burgers, as recommended. only used oil with the veggies and fish. very easy to clean as well.
