Seasoned 2 or 3 times front to back. Cooked on it 3 times in about 3 weeks and so far no rust. did a huge breakfast this morning starting with bacon and then hash browns and eggs. gotta learn how to zone cook a little better on it. Only issue so far is that the griddle is not balanced to drain to the rear. I will either have to level it off some way, or possibly use it to my advantage. Grease rolls to the front left corner requiring some maintenance after a cook.

Great conversion for my Genesis. It has given our grill new purpose and more use now. The griddle itself is heavy, heats evenly and stays in place. I do wish it would take up the entire open space of the grill to provide more cooking space. Also think it would be better without the vents at the front. All included we have no regrets.

Brings a whole new experience for using the grill. The griddle insert is much more effective than using the grill grates. You are able to get a whole surface sear that makes your proteins much more appealing. Cooking fish is a pleasure on the griddle. Given that my short order cooking skills are limited still trying to get hang of cooking multiple items at the same time. However, not anything I have cooked has stuck to the griddle. You do have to be disciplined to clean after each use, but much easier than having to cleanup when using my in house cook top. Great option and well made, and fit like a glove!

Great way to transform my gas grill into a full size griddle. Came preseasoned and was way easier to finish seasoning. This griddle puts the other manufacturer that I used to have to shame.

Purchase this thinking I would use it as an alternative once in a while. I currently have a high end stainless griddle. This thing works beautifully, and fits the Searwood just right. Highly recommend if you like to do griddling.
